GUESS WHAT? All of Ally’s litter are sleeping through the night - with no accidents!! 🎉🎉

Hopefully this really helps their new families.

Jefferson is available (pictured). He is a happy boy, who loves to play and has never met a stranger. He’d really enjoy a home with someone to play with him and would do so well in a home either children and/or other dogs. He loves to be pressed against you, and is affectionate.

Cruising fast towards 6 weeks, Ellie’s puppies are happy and healthy. I’m looking forward to families meeting them this week, everything becomes very real for our future families then. So exciting!

2 weeks old!! Look at their cute little eyes open, it mashed all the difference, nice they enter their fluffing-up season. Ally is a great mama; caring and attentive. I believe choosing mamas with great temperaments really influences their puppies. I have retired some dogs from my program, without ever breeding them, who have excellent health, but their temperaments weren’t where I wanted them to be. Financially, not smart, but puppies who bring joy is the goal, and in don’t regret it at all.

4 weeks with these pups of Ellies. They are so smart, they have started using a doggy door, are chowing down on puppy mush like it’s a competition, and starting to potty train.

✨1 spot for a male open ✨ 3 WEEKS OLD. They have the sweetest little faces don’t you think?

Week three sees strengthening of both front and back legs and the puppies are now able to fully support their own body. This means they’re able to explore their world and play begins in earnest! They’ll start by playing and investigating with their brothers and sister and will be less reliant on their mum; no longer needing to seek her out to keep warm. In addition, this is the week where their sharp little puppy teeth start to appear which also means that it’s time to start weaning.

Can’t believe these puppies are 6.5 weeks already!! At this age they are so engaging, and fun to be and. They are in the final stages of weaning now, and still learning lessons to prepare them for going to their new homes.

✨3 spots open ✨10 days old already, next week they’ll look quite different, as their eyes will open.

Puppies are still fully reliant on their mama Ally for nourishment, and she helps them potty too, and does all the cleaning for them. Within a couple of weeks that all changes, and that’s when the fun and games begin:)

Here’s Ellie’s Cavapoos at 13 days old. A couple of eyes were open then, they’re all open now. I loved this stage when you can see their eyes, they look so much more like pups then. Everyone is growing well, and Ellie handles motherhood so perfectly.

ALLY x TOBI’s CAVAPOOS 🐶 Despite being a 🇬🇧 person, I decided to do a Declaration of Independence litter. Last year I taught a semester about the Declaration of Independence/Founding Fathers to 15 homeschool teens in our homeschool co op.

I learned so much, as this isn’t taught in UK schools (shocker😂). I was impressed with the grit of the early immigrants and found some great connections to my homeland too.

Freedom never comes without consequence or price, and learning the history of other cultures/philosophies/religions etc, really helps you to love them, and see that there’s always some common ground.

Ellie’s pups are now a week old and doing AMAZING! This is her final litter, and we asked Ellie’s guardian family to pick the theme. They have their own gym, that Ellie also spends a lot of time in, and so a gym theme was the perfect choice. By this time next week their eyes should be open and things will start progressing faster.

All the pups are growing and putting on weight like champs. Sometimes I forget how quickly they change. I never forget what a miracle each one is though, and how a mother’s love is so innate.

8 puppies was a little surprise, 5 are boys and 3 are girls.

They started arriving at 3 am, and the last one at 6:30 am, so it was nice and steady.

Violet did great, she gives birth so naturally and gets right into loving the pups and taking care of them. A true natural.

There will be a 3 spots open on the litter.

These 3 deserve a permanent spot on my feed. They are all bernedoodles from our program from 3 different litters.

Obi is being dog sat by Buzz & Milo’s while they were on vacation. I love that our Cariad Doodle parents connect and become friends.

Frankie is one of Claire’s daughters from her first litter. She has been competing in Agility competitions and doing so well.

Our cavapoos are really quite athletic, and agile. Mine can run lightning fast, jump like a 🦘 and love chasing ⚽️.

As with all things, it’s the training that really brings out a dogs natural potential, and I love seeing all the hard work put in by our puppy parents

We love exposing our puppies to new things. One of them is the trampoline. “Why?” you may ask?

The unstable surface gives them confidence as they learn to navigate it, and let’s face it, it’s just plain fun too:)

We always have one or two people on it with them, and have the enclosure zipped up so it’s safe. We also (the humans:) don’t jump on there with puppies 😉

This is what 5 generations of health tested dogs looks like:)
It’s taken me 5-years to get to this litter, where they ALL had the coats I wanted, and colors, sizing and temperaments.
I’m fortunate that I started with a great foundation dog, Desi, and then our second Libby.
Both have been a dream. This graphic represents careful planning, a whole lot of expenses, and so much love.
