Text is preferred so we can refer back to them for info and also helps with our time and multitasking. Teal’s number 913-424-0024 is still fine to use for appointments also. A FEW EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR THE GROOM SHOP! 🦴❤️🐕

🐾 We are expanding our space and taking over the other side of the building! More room for the pups to play and relax! So, you may see some construction going on in the near future.
🐾 One of a few reasons for the expansion is we will have some new groomers in the shop! Two of them that are in the training process and one that came from wildcat vet! All three of them put their heart into grooming and their love for all dogs is unmeasureable. Groomers-
💕 Dylan- many of you know her from here. She has gained so much knowledge working along side me and bathing but now she is taking the full plunge on being trained.
💕 Lex- She was partially trained a few years ago by the same amazing groomer that trained me many, many moons ago. So we are continuing that training!
💕 Brittany- She was a groomer at wildcat vet for 7 years! Some that have come in have already recognized her as they were past groom clients at wildcat. The joy she gets from seeing pups she knows is simply amazing.
🐾 The Groom Shop has a new software! Once an appointment is made, it will text you the date from a different number. To communicate with me please continue doing so through the 913-424-0024 number! There will be a form being sent to all clients, please read and sign. It can also be done in the shop.
🐾 Prices will increase starting July 1st (for the majority of clients but not all). I have tried to keep my prices low for the sake of my clients which only directly affected me when I was the only groomer. Now, with employees I am obligated to offer them competative pay. Along with rising costs of materials and the enhancements we are making to The Groom Shop. With the rising cost of every day life, I know the effect this can have on our clients. We thank you for your understanding and support during this change. We accept cash, card, check or Venmo for payment. Cards are charged the 3% transaction fee. Cash rounding appreciated!

Today marks 2 years of being open! I can’t thank my family, friends and clients enough for all of the support! And, a huge thank you to Dyan for always helping me (who is also in the process of being trained to groom 🤗🐾)
Every day at the shop is busy, messy and hectic between the grooming and playing so I am horrible about taking pics! I take some here and there, rarely the finished product😅. I will share a bit of what I have, missing so many of my favorite pups though. Gotta get better at taking pics 🙃

All of the gifts and goodies we have gotten from clients warms my heart so so much! Laney Lou even got her own Bark-cuterie board from one of our favorite clients! We got so many goodies today, I’m full from snacking! A client dropped off these custom treats today too! They are so cute and taste so good!! From the bottom of my heart, thank you to everyone for all your thoughtfulness!

Every time this boy has his appointment, he comes running into The Groom Shop with the biggest smile. He loves every bit of it… besides when I have to work on his front legs and feet, then he wishes he were on a beach somewhere. Love you Louie! (Photo editing is fun 😆)

Pup parents or anyone! Towels and blankets always needed at the groom shop! I am also in search of a stackable washer and dryer for the shop if anyone has one for sale! I have always just hauled everything home to wash every day 😅 getting tired of it!

Parents of fur babies… please allow me 24-48 hours to text or call back. I wear many hats with this busy business and at home with 4 kids. The majority of the time it’s hard to stop in the middle of grooming to chat and schedule so I try to get back to everyone when the work day is done. That is if I’m not running out the door to get the kids to and from all their activities. I try my hardest to get back to everyone in a timely matter! But… I do tell people that I have a memory of a goldfish, even when I do set reminders and write myself notes all over. If I have not gotten back to you within that time frame, please remind me politely.
