NO SHOWS!!!

Please understand that I get paid by the day; I am self employed I don’t have the luxury of PTO or FMLA days. So when I schedule dogs for the week I need to make a certain amount of money for my bills. I really am trying to be lenient but I’m struggling just like everyone else. So when I have multiple no shows, multiple days of the same week I really take a big hit financially.

So with that being said, I will no longer transfer money to your next appt. If you no show me or cancel without enough time, you will be required to pay half of your service for that day and it will still be full price for next visit.

I have not done that in the entire time I have been open and I hate to start 4 years in. But I am losing money every single day when I really need to be able to have people show up. Please be courteous and respectful of my time and understand that I’m truly just trying to do my job but I also have bills and children to feed: it’s not personal I just have to pay my bills.

DOODLE PEOPLE!

I know most of yall hate the nasty brown hairs stuck in your dogs mouths!! This is a technique I’ve been doing on a new client I have and she told me her vet recommended it to decrease chances of bacterial infections on their face!

Basically it’s shaved around the lips instead of trimmed. So it’s super short but also clean.

Do y’all like this style?? Or trimming like I did before?

Hey yall, I’ve had to implement a new policy that everyone will have to pay BEFORE their dogs are picked up.

I get paid by the day, so usually I book the amount I need for each day. When invoices go days without being paid it causes me to be behind on my bills.

I’m sorry if this is an inconvenience and I do appreciate your understanding!

We will be doing at least 3 full days! 8am/10am/12pm!
Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday!

Thursdays are half days! 8am/9am start times! I will be off *most* Fridays. But will still offer appointments for Saturdays also!

These hours will start after Memorial Day holiday! I hope this helps!

One last thing! I know contracts are not fun, but in order for me to groom your dogs I have to have the agreement signed before your appointment.

I use AI Photoroom for pictures and sometimes it adds its own little haircuts to your photos and crazy stray hairs lol! This is just something fun I do so I don’t go in and edit the pictures I just pick one and go to be honest so I’m sorry if there not perfect if you’d like me to just send the regular picture I can do that! 🙂🫣🤣
