I will be returning to work tomorrow! Just a few changes for 2025!!! Please read and initial!
ā¢ Clients, please use Zelle, card, cash, or my grooming Venmo. *CASH/ZELLE have no fees*
Unfortunately, I will NOT be using CashApp any longer.
ā¢Please make sure you have completed payment BEFORE heading to the shop to pick up your pup.
This will help keep the transition quicker and stress free for all the pets in the shop still waiting to be completed. We are sharing a space and have neighbors that could be disturbed with dogs that are super excited.
**Any grooming service not paid for by 5pm day of service will result in a $20 late fee per day**
ā¢Reminders are sent out 5 days, 3 days, and the day before your appointment. No shows will not be rebooked until the missed appointment is paid for in full AND next appointment is pre-paid for.
ā¢All new information is listed in the new 2025 Grooming Contract via square.
ā¢LEASH YOUR PETS PLEASE!!! We have some slip leads for you to use. We are not responsible for any incidents or injury you allow your unleashed pet to run through the parking lot. We have neighbors that are not all dog lovers and also have their own clients that utilize the shared parking lot. Please leash your pet at all times! This is non negotiable.
