This is Alexander – a little guy with a big heart and an even bigger personality! This adorable, playful, and endlessly charming boy has been through a lot, but he’s not letting his past define him.

Alexander was found as a stray, defending himself from another dog. The tough encounter cost him an eye, but don’t worry, it doesn't slow him down! His remaining eye was also damaged, and he came dangerously close to losing his vision entirely, but thanks to the incredible dedication of his vet team and rockstar fosters, he got the care he needed. Now, this resilient little guy is on the road to a full recovery!

Despite everything, Alexander remains the friendliest, most affectionate pup you’ll ever meet. He’s a social butterfly who absolutely loves other dogs and can’t wait to make new furry friends! He’s still polishing up his house manners and learning that marking indoors isn’t the way to go, but with a little training (and some stylish belly bands), he’ll have it all figured out in no time.

Meet Grace, the sweetest little 14 year old you’ll ever meet! This adventurous, curious and loving lady is always ready to explore the world by your side, whether it’s a leisurely stroll through the neighborhood or a fun outdoor adventure. She walks beautifully on a leash and enjoys every moment spent outside. Grace is also potty trained, making her an easy and well-mannered companion.

Not only does she have a playful spirit, but she also has a heart full of love. She adores children and gets along wonderfully with them, making her a perfect addition to any family. After a fun-filled day, Grace is happiest curling up next to you on the couch, soaking up all the snuggles she can get. She absolutely loves to be held and will gladly be your little shadow, always ready to shower you with affection.

Meet Alexander!

There are many words we use to describe Alexander – cute, charming, playful, friendly…the list goes on and on! Alexander is a 5-year-old Shih Tzu with the sweetest soul and the cutest little face (yes, even with just one eye!). He was found as a stray and had a tough battle after being attacked by another dog. As a result, he lost one eye, and his remaining eye has some damage. But don’t worry - with proper care and treatment, he’s expected to make a full recovery!

Despite his past, Alexander hasn’t lost his love for life - or for other dogs! He’s the ultimate social butterfly and adores making new furry friends. He’s still learning his house manners and has a tendency to mark indoors, but with some training (and a few belly bands), he’s on his way to becoming a true gentleman.

Alexander came to us thanks to his amazing foster family, who stepped up to help animals in need after the LA fires. While he’s not available for public adoption just yet, we couldn’t resist sharing his adorable face with all of you! Stay tuned for more Alexander updates.

After nearly five months of waiting, our sweet old man Jimmy has finally found his perfect home!

He’s been the most loving, patient boy, and while we adored having him, we knew he was just waiting for his people. Well, the wait is over - Jimmy’s found a family who loves him just as much as we do!

Happy tails, Jimmy! Enjoy all the snuggles, naps in the sun, and *soft* treats you deserve.

We are SO happy to share that Kahlua has been adopted! If you've been following her journey, you know just how much this sweet girl deserved the perfect forever home - and she found it! We couldn't have asked for a more loving family for Kahlua.

She went from trying to survive all alone in the desert to living the good life by the beach. And don't worry - her matching sweatshirt is coming soon. A huge congratulations to her and her wonderful new family!

Meet Angel, our newest Unconditional Pup!

Angel might be 15 years old, but don’t let her age fool you—this little girl has a zest for life that’s contagious!

She was dumped at an animal hospital in dire need of help. And since receiving the care she always deserved, Angel has transformed into a whole new pup.

Angel is all about the good things in life: treats, love, and walks that make her feel like a puppy again.

Meet Lemonade, or in other words, little miss ray of sunshine 🍋☀️💛🌼 Lemonade is a 6 month old pup who was born blind and deaf, but she doesn’t let it slow her down one bit! She's the happiest, most playful girl who radiates joy and positivity!

Her story began up in Oakland where she and her siblings were dropped off at a local shelter. Her siblings found homes quickly, but Lemonade wasn’t as lucky. That’s when the shelter reached out to us to see if we would take her, and of course we weren't going to say no to a face like that!

We teamed up with the amazing people at SWATT (Southwest Animal Transport Team) to fly her down from San Fransisco to Orange County. And from the moment we picked her up from the airport, we knew she was something special.

Lemonade’s unique way of experiencing the world only makes her sweeter. She loves going on walks, playing with her toys, and exploring her surroundings with her adorable little nose. She’s also VERY food motivated and will do just about anything for a yummy treat (but do we blame her)!

When life gives you lemons, you make lemonade, and that’s exactly what this girl has done. If you’re ready to add a little extra sweetness to your life, Lemonade is waiting to meet you!

Construction Update 🔨🚧🦺⚙️ There’s been SO much progress since our last update. As you can see, we now have a roof (and we are ready to raise it 🥳🍾). We just can’t believe how close we are to opening. 2025 is going to be our year! 🐶💛

Adopt Jimmy!

We truly don't know why Jimmy hasn't been adopted yet. He's just a sweet, calm, and cuddly senior with so much love to give!

When we first got him, he was so scared and timid. But since then, he has totally come out of his shell! He just needed that time to decompress from the shelter and learn to trust again.

All we want is to find him a home. Please share Jimmy with your friends and family! If we work together, we will find this gentle senior his forever family in no time!

Calling All Fosters! We have two amazing dogs in need of loving foster parents. More info below:

Jimmy, a 14 year old chihuahua mix, is a shy and timid senior who doesn’t like cats and wants to basically be ignored by other dogs. He would do best in a quiet/mellow home without other pets. He only has a couple teeth left and takes a daily pill for a heart murmur. Warning: He becomes very loyal and attached to his people after he gets to know them, so get ready for endless snuggles!

Kahlua is your typical 7 month old puppy - happy, playful, and energetic! She doesn't have use of her back legs but believe us when we tell you that NOTHING slows this girl down. She loves meeting new people and making new friends (both two-legged and four-legged). She's also food motivated and toy obsessed. You don't have to worry about potty training this pup, because she requires manual bladder expression. Yes, we know it sounds scary but it's actually very easy once you learn how!
