3 weeks old, their eyes are opening and the world is theirs to behold! We have 2 males and 4 females available. Extra females are shown since some reservations haven’t picked yet 😊

We are taking reservations now! $100 deposit, $200 upon delivery. We are located in Lake Charles, La. The pups are expected to be born around mid August. The pups will be fully registered with the ESC and be up to date with vet work. As for the parents:

Auggie, the sire, is a strong, majestic protector. His keen eyes don’t miss a thing! And yet, while we displays good protective instincts, he can be gentle as can be around our family. He can be seen herding chickens, playfully lounging around with ducks, and keeping a watchful eye over our farm kittens. Auggie is also probably too intelligent for his own good! Auggie is has been genetically tested on Embark, and while he does have one copy of MDR1, this is not as dangerous as the two copy variety. He is clean of all other genetic tests. No hip scores, but he does put in miles a week on the property with no issues, and comes from a line that historically has no hip issues.

Daisy, the dam, is sweet and gentle and supremely affectionate. She’s loves food and people…the order of which she loves more depends on the person and the food! She is very intelligent, and learns the rules of the household and farm quickly and makes sure to enforce them. She is a guardian and makes sure everyone stays in line. Daisy has been embark tested and is genetically clear of all tested issues. No hip scores, but she also puts in miles on the farm and has a family history of no hip issues.

Their children have gone on to herd livestock, compete in agility games, live on small family farms, and to active suburban families looking for a good, wonderful dog.

Daisy had one of her smoothest labors yet! 12 beautiful puppies with some really unique colorations this time around!

By my count, we have:

1 sable and white
4 brindle
7 tri color

She’s such a good momma, being attentive and gentle to them all.

Daisy is in heat again and we just got our first confirmed lock up between Daisy and Auggie! This will be her last litter before we retire her.

Every litter we get questions about what our puppies can do, what type of environments they thrive in. I always tell them we have a very balanced litter, with puppies going on to do everything from enjoying suburban life and walks/hiking all the way to herding livestock. Here’s a video of them doing the herding bit!
