With us no longer requiring dogs to be spayed and neutered for boarding, we have to make a little adjustment in our booking system to designate the type of boarding they are here for.

Any males or females over nine months, who are not spayed or neutered, will board only as private play boarding for everyone’s safety and peace of mind. This means they’ll rotate into our smaller private play areas for potty break and sunshine. When they check in, they will be banded on their collar so that we can differentiate who is part of group play and who is not.

 🩵We will soon have individual service options such as couch cuddles, fetch time, and FaceTime as options to add on to your boarding.🩷

Our mini golden boy is fitting right in! The weenies have accepted him into their club 😍 And teaching him all their ruff and rowdy ways 🤠go zach bryan!!!

👀Do you have a puppy and trying to train? 🐶 Zach Bryan knows his name, and how to touch, sit, focus, and now down (taught in that order). How has he learned so many commands within two weeks and at only 10 weeks old? I use his dinner for positive reinforcement! that’s right I don’t put his food down and walk away. I can’t always do a session in the morning, but I’ll do maybe two or three commands and then give him the rest of the bowl in his crate. If you’re free feeding your puppy, meaning you allow them to have access to food the entire time, you’re taking away the opportunity to use food as a positive reinforcement. TIPS!!! 1. Puppies do best with 15 minute work sessions so dinner time is a perfect quick session. 2. Dog food can be used for "treats". You don’t have to use expensive training treats. Just using their simple food can work. 3. I make it even more fun and rewarding after by playing with him and his toys. 4. Most important thing I've learned over the years from Darla Collins and Bayou Pawsitivity LLC, dogs speak sign language. It's about the shape, placement, and motion of my hand before I start to pair words with the motions. He has to successfully learn the position while I'm completely quiet before I teach the verbal command. ‼️Want help?! They have posted their new group class schedule to start at end of March!!!
