K9 West Kennels' employees are veteran that under go extensive training and education in animal husbandry, positive based training techniques, continuous process improvement, and waste reduction. I say this quite often, and the last few years it’s become even more true, it’s amazing to have a destination to always be striving for and it’s equally important to remain present on the journey for the beauty and lessons it will offer, but neither would be worth an effort if not for the People you’ll meet along the way, travel with, and celebrate arriving at your destination when and where ever it may be!

We're back on the training track after a mild case of puppy poopies. I missed my boys!

Today, I met a family with a 10 Week Boston Terrier. Asked about Potty Training, so I think I'll post some tips to being successful.
1st, establish a good schedule for potty times.
2nd those times are for potty only don't make a play time, unless you get some potty, then by all means celebrate with play, treat, and or a walk.
3rd avoid the walk, potty, end walk cycle. Work on instead doing a potty first then walk cycle.
