Good morning!! If Emma Hodes, Melissa Ruff, Sarra Hubbard, Laura Smith, and Brittany Green (Brayden Robinson) will message me I can figure out a time/place to meet you for your awards from the SMEC Show series. We kept it uniform throughout the divisions, so Champions will receive a horse cooler, and reserve champions will receive a grooming tote. Thank you guys for a great year in 2022, we are currently discussing what we'd like to schedule in 2023 with the event center board. Once I have an idea on that I'll try to update everyone.

GOOD NEWS for all of our Champion and Reserve Champions from the summer series. I FINALLY got the awards in :-D I will be reaching out to each of you this coming week to get those awards to you!!!

We will be awarding a champion and reserve champion prize in each division (these are on order, PLEASE be patient with us, we will contact all the Champ and Reserves to get their awards to them once they are in!) Open arena at 8 show to begin at 9! Hope to see everyone there for our last point show as well as a special 9/11 tribute!

Hello everyone! Important information to SHARE. We are SUPER excited for everyone to come to our 5TH show of the 2022 show series. Rain or shine, the show will go on and it will be fun. In order to make it great for everyone, we wanted to clarify a few things about the trail classes. Because they are so popular we wanted to put out some "expectations"...

1. We will have a sign up so that you can go through your trail classes and still be able to participate in the arena classes and this gives you YOUR time.
2. You will have 3 tries at each obstacle. If you and your horse are not "ready to" complete the obstacle you need to move on to the next obstacle. The judge may ask you to move on.
3. I will try my best to post the courses ahead of time but the course WILL be posted at the registration desk and the burley barn, please be familiar with them.
4. We don't mean to rush but.... please keep moving. The judge has the discretion to ask you to keep moving. As always, be safe.
5. We will stop the classes to give the judge a chance to take a break and/or eat lunch. The obstacles will be available for practice at those times only.
6. Please be considerate of your fellow competitors, remember this is all about the fun.
7. And most importantly...thank you to everyone for supporting our shows.

Thank you to everyone that came out to our 3rd horse show in our 2022 series. It was a great day!! Lots of cute ponies, nice horses, committed riders, and delicious food. DID YOU KNOW that our Championship Classes PAY OUT $30 to the winner and $20 to the reserve IN ADDITION to your ribbon and points toward year end awards?!? We also paid out over $780 in prize money to the speed event classes for our May show!

You need only enter at least one other regular class to be eligible for the Champ Classes, and speed classes are open to everyone! We can't wait to see you all in June :-D
