Canine Good Citizen and Canine Good Citizen Advanced practice this Saturday at Cascade Kennels. We start at 6:30, we will practice 3 CGC test items and 2 CGCA test items. Cost is $25 per handler or you can use a punch card.

A small, hungry cat showed up at our house yesterday. It looks to be a stray cat who is looking for his family. It looks like a Scottish Fold grey young male. We are feeding him and keeping him warm. He is in pretty bad shape. I plan to take him into my vet to check for a microchip once I can catch him.

So proud of Kiera and Lotti, they were awarded champion for class. They return tomorrow for Grand Champion competition for Showmanship. The Evergreen State Fair in Monroe started yesterday. Lorraine Pederson, Annika Wilson and I are doing CGC testing and Trick DogTesting for the 4-H kids on Monday. Stop by the dog barn and say hello to the kids and their dogs.
