Dora and Diego came to us as they had both been exploring and a bit lost.😔 Diego was found outside in Fort Lauderdale, and Dora was found outside in Kendall.

People sometimes "release" their ferrets. However, ferrets are domesticated animals and don't have the wild instincts their cousins, the polecats have. Sadly, many of these cases end terribly - thank you to the amazing people who find these babies and bring them somewhere safe. ❤️

A truly lovely individual, who just needed a bit of support with their senior ferret, sent us an awesome donation here for the babies! These kinds of donations are so critical in rescue and mean the world to us. We currently have 31 furry noodles here between our permanent residents and fosters.

Meet our newest member, Zorro. This poor 9 month old baby had a detached retina and is blind in 1 eye. He also has a slipped elbow injury, all due to some unknown trauma. 😔 Due to these issues this poor baby is unadoptable, but he will stay here and be loved and cared for. ❤️
