Day 1 post-show always feels weird. At least the downtime between shows is only like a week! 🤣 (well less for those doing audition prep this week)

I had the amazing opportunity to help mentor kids marketing the All School Musical at Harrison School for the Arts - and as such, I ended up getting some pretty amazing photos throughout the whole process. Months and months of photos and video. I have to compile it all and make it sharable, but here's some highlights. Since there's limits to what I can share on Insta, I uploaded to an album on my FB page here:

Every year I do a photoshoot with the Harrison Musical Theatre Class of 2027 (my daughter's class at Harrison School for the Arts here in Lakeland Fl). This year we went a little more urban for the location, shooting in a couple spots I like downtown. I love the vibe of a good downtown alley for highlighting their fashion - don't you?!

Headshots should feel natural and authentic—and Bella made that so easy. She’s studying musical theatre 🎶🎭, and her talent and personality really shine through in these portraits 📸✨

Max absolutely nailed his headshot session 🙌 We kept things relaxed 😌 and his confidence really came through in the final shots ✨ I love when a session feels less like “posing” 📸 and more like capturing who someone truly is 💫

Last weekend I snagged a few quick character portraits outside our local community theatre before their show, Newsies Jr.
These kids work SO hard and I wanted to give them something special to remember the show by. So I brought my studio to them and grabbed as many as I could in about a 15-minute time span.

My favorite types of gigs are events like this where I get to be a fly on the wall and focus on capturing all the magic of the event itself. Recently I did this for as they brought music to our community in several days of awesome events - specifically these were learning events for kids at Pressed Bookstore and at the Florida Children’s Museum at Bonnet Springs Park.
