Equine is a fully ambulatory equine practice which primarily serves Hunterdon County and Bucks County. We provide care for all aspects of equine medicine with an emphasis on sports medicine and rehabilitation. Our services include preventative health care, general medicine, equine lameness, diagnostics, repurchase examinations, as well as emergency care for established clients. We continue to be d

Congratulations to our client, Karen Pound, and her beautiful horses on a successful show at the Young Horse Show Finals presented by Spy Coast Farm at ! Porter was 🥇 in the 3YO under saddle class, with Maybe and Reinaldo placing 5th and 8th respectively. Otis placed 🥈 in the 5YO under saddle! The 3YO group killed it on jump chute day. So proud of the team at Pine Creek Sport Horses!

Today, on Veterinary Appreciation Day, meet the vet that makes our practice what it is!

Dr. Megan Stuhlfauth, BVM, MRCVS, is a lifelong horsewoman and an animal lover who studied at the University of Glasgow Veterinary School in Scotland.

Thanks to her father, Dr. Meg got her start with driving horses at an early age, and currently shows her Oldenburg gelding, Chincherino, in the Low Adult Hunters.

She takes pride in the personalized care the practice provides, giving the same level of attention to both a Grand Prix jumper and beloved lesson pony. 💜

The correct answer from yesterday's question is a Stablelab (SAA) reader! Stablelab is a handheld stall-side diagnostic tool that helps detect for infection in just minutes! How does it work? The device only needs a few drops of blood to quantify the amount of Serum Amyloid A (SAA) present, which is an accurate indicator of an infection. Using this tool, Dr. Megan is able to better assess a treatment plan for certain cases where an infection may be a concern.
