Hi everyone! It’s been awhile sense I’ve last been active on here! But I’m happy to say I’m back! I’ve been super busy with graduating high school and starting college, as well as working at my regular job! But, if anyone would like to go out on a date night or just want to run some errands here and there, I will have availability for babysitting! I will be available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday before 4pm, Tuesday and Thursday after 4:30pm, and open availability on Saturday’s! SUMMER IS COMIMG- SCHEDULE
UPDATES AND NEW SERVICES!

Hi All!!! Summer is coming and I know many wanted to resume services from last year or add new ones. If you are looking to have regular scheduled sitter service, animal Care, Art Classes and Tutoring (new mediums
And spectrums have been added from new skills and training I participated in this past year 😜) All elementary or middle school subject tutoring, study skills labs to prep for new year, and as a new added Service, I am also adding beginners ASL(American sign Language) as a potential learning (for new learners) or tutoring session (for more advanced who already know ASL) as an addition to my list of service options.

SPECIALTY PROGRAM: This year I also have the ability to offer a peer to peer program (similar to Big Brothers/Big Sisters program. Through training, hands on and educational, if you find yourself in need of a peer or older figure for your child, I have had some excellent experiences in dealing with troubled youth or those who are just looking for peers - maybe only children). This is a very specific program that does not apply to everyone but summer is a great time to let additional services in to assist in growing confidence, back peddling defiant behaviors or just battling loneliness. I have broadened my service area significantly now that I have a vehicle to transport and reach deeper past CS and surrounding communities so if you are interested in booking any regular summer sessions for your kids this year, please send me a message or text and we can get your days and times locked! I have full availability starting June 5th, but I am also available through Memorial Day weekend, June 1, 2 and 4 as well! Looking forward to seeing many of your and your kids again soon! 👋🏻 Hello!! Below is my basic fee schedule. Please PM me with any special requests or questions but below will give you a basic guideline for prices and services!

Babysitting Services: available for last minute requests if not already booked and late night services (also can work overnights if needed- price determined privately for that)

$10-11 hr up to 2 children/location
$12-13 hr 3 children/location
$15-16/ hr 4 or more children/location
(If you are a current client or family, I will honor your current pricing as we always have)
Overnights(pricing determines case by case in private)

Pet Services: Per Visit- All Animals:

- $12 per visit for up to 2 animals for walking, feedings, playtime up to 1 hour.
- $15 per visit for up to 3 animals for walking, feedings, playtime up to 1 hour

Multiple daily visits up to 3 times a day for those away or out of town:

- $35 a day for up to 3 visits a day

Overnight pet/house sitting:

- $50 -$ 70 per overnight based on pet number and location (includes prior days pet services if needed, etc)

Tutoring: School Based Subjects
- $15-25/hour for Math, Science, English/grammar, creative writing, social studies, and certain specialty classes. (I carry a 4.0 GPA in all these courses as well as additional Dual Engagement Courses). Per hour cost is based on location/travel and complexity.

Art Classes:

Beginner Art Lessons (little town no experience- wanting time learn all the techniques and lining of sketching, shading and basic drawing skills
- $20/class (discount offered if multiple sessions booked)

Intermediate Art/ basic skills mastered (want to increase your skills at particular areas or in specific mediums and enhance your lines, sketching and accuracy)
- $18/class (discount for multiple sessions)

Tattoo Design: whether it’s a replica of a family photo to a design you have imagined in your head, I can sketch it to perfection for the artist, which often saves you money. Based on design, each image can vary in how long it takes to design plus corrections, quote given after discussion of wants for project. Starting at $15 an hour (guaranteed turn around time within 48 hours)

Logo Design: depending on finite details and complexity, starting at $15 an hour for finished design. (Guaranteed turn around time in 48 hours)

* I have many recommendations and reference on all the above services as I have engaged in all areas, please let me know if you would like any!

Some recent updates to my portfolio for Art Students looking at my tutoring services and existing students looking to expand....... Dot Sketch Reality, Self Mirror Progression, Close Up Color Palate (using Dot Realm). Anyone can draw and sketch with practice and patience. It’s a great outlet for anxiety, expression and a wonderful outlet for managing behavioral or otherwise childhood issues. Learning new realms, line structure, shading, colors and so much else can really balance your mind and help with focus and push a passion (not necessarily art to the forefront). Our subconscious is most often reflected in our emotions and feeing which many can’t verbally express but with a pencil and pad, you’d be amazed at the direction you find in Life 🤔🙂

UPDATE ON SCHEDULES/BOOKINGS/AVAILABILITY AND UPCOMING SCHOOL SEASON:

Hello Families and Friends of Concord Station! It has been an absolute pleasure working with so many of your and your little ones (and fur babies) all summer. As you know, school will be starting back up in one week and I wanted update on my availability as I know many of you have asked so I get this would be helpful to post. I attend a private school so my schedule doesn’t always run the same as Pasco county which means I am often available on days that other who attend traditional schools are not. Just shoot me a text or call and we can compare needs. I will continue to remain available every weekend for your needs, late nights never an issue, and last minute requests (as long as I do not have another family scheduled), I will also be continuing my tutoring sessions for art classes and of course also willing to be of assistance for traditional school class subjects. I am still also available for pet sitting services for walks, feedings, overnights if needed and just general playtime with them as your needs arise. Many of you have already scheduled to rotate our regular summer sessions to weekend days or evenings during the week but for those who still want tutoring or regular scheduled sitter services please reach out as soon as possible so I can assure that you are on my permanent calendar. Pleaser again, reach out via phone, text, email or Facebook for any requests and I will get back to you ASAP. It’s been so much fun loving your families and bonding with your children and pets.
