Congratulations to the Hess family on the adoption of our precious Diesel and Dexter. The little calico girl Lila is just here getting picture taken, she was stealing dad’s heart. Meet Suri!
Adorable Suri was pulled into rescue when her brother was viciously attacked by another cat in another home.. Angel Wings also pulled all siblings to safety and rushed the injured kitten to the ER. According to his foster, all three of the kittens in this litter are extremely quiet, gentle and sweet. They love to sleep with their foster! She is spayed, up-to-date on vaccines and microchipped.

They invited us to bring five kitties at time to their kitten room at the store. Pass the word. Because the store allowed us to bring kitties our Chablis now has a forever home. Rolex, Tiffany, Pandora and Cartier were born outside in Peach Bottom. They are all playful and sweet. They are getting used to all things indoors and doing great! The last year we’ve had several kitties diagnosed with FIP (feline infectious peritonitis). This used to be a death sentence, but thankfully we have access to medication now that can be life-saving for those afflicted with the disease. Our most recent kitty to suffer from this illness is beautiful, Phantom. Phantom was brought into our rescue and very quickly settled in becoming beloved by all the volunteers at the sanctuary. He is calm and mellow and just an all-around sweet boy. Over several months, we noticed he started to lose weight so he was taken to the vet for a check-up. That’s when we discovered he had FIP. The treatment for FIP is a rigorous 84-days of injections and depending on how the individual cat responds there could a need to continue treatment with an additional series of injections. And the medication is expensive. Will you help us support Phantom’s healing journey so he can feel well again and live his best life? 😻😽

Today we’re featuring our special calico lady, Abby. Not long after we pulled Abby into rescue a little over 2 years ago she started having skin breakouts. After months of exhaustive testing, elimination diets, steroid treatment, and finally a biopsy we discovered she has an autoimmune disease. Once she was on immune suppressant medication, she started to recover and her beautiful fur started growing back. Unfortunately, over the last year her condition has slowly worsened and the medications no longer appear to be helping. She has an appointment with a dermatologist to re-evaluate her and determine the best course of treatment going forward. Please help us raise funds for this beautiful girl. 🥰❤

Who is this gorgeous long-haired beauty? Meet Mia. We were contacted several days ago that precious Mia had been hit by a car. A good Samaritan reached out to us while Mia was being evaluated at urgent care and we stepped up to help out. Mia’s jaw was broken and has been wired shut, and she sustained a fracture to her thigh. She is being evaluated for possible nerve damage as she’s been unable to urinate or have a bowel movement on her own since the start of her treatment. Mia deserves a chance at healing! She is only 3 years old and just raised a litter of kittens a few months ago. With your help, we can continue to support her care in hopes that she has a full recovery and the chance to find her forever family one day. ❤😻

Today, we’re sharing Skippy John’s story! This handsome meezer was rescued from a feral colony. Unfortunately, he was not adjusting well to the shelter environment so they were planning to return him outdoors until we stepped in. In our care, he was able to relax and decompress showing his wonderful and loving personality. He was adopted, but was sadly returned when the adopters discovered he needed a dental. His dental procedure is scheduled for later this month, and we’re hoping once he is recovered, he will find his happily ever after with the perfect family. All he wants is a warm lap to cuddle in, and to snooze the day away. Will you help us with this gentle soul’s veterinary care?🫶🥹
