Congratulations to our program support staff member, Grace! 👏

Grace took 2nd place at her Intercollegiate Horse Show Association home meet at MSU this morning! She had a wonderful ride and we are proud to see her shine in the show ring!

We are very proud to share some numbers from 2024!

◾️Our volunteers logged 2,913 hours at the barn

◾️Our herd grew to 19 horses and donkeys

◾️We welcomed 3,116 participants through our barn doors for field trips, summer camps, therapeutic horseback riding and interaction lessons, and non-therapeutic horseback riding lessons

◾️Our participants ranged in age from 5 - 80

We are excited to see what 2025 brings!

Bella has been an incredible part of our team, especially working with our younger students and embracing her role as the best unicorn she can be 🦄 Her patience and dedication have given students the time and support to learn new skills, making a lasting impact at ECL. Today we are celebrating the retirement of Lua, a cherished member of our team who has brought joy, strength, and companionship to so many. We have appreciated her hard work and gentle yet sometimes sassy spirt. Lua made an impact on everyone who had the pleasure to ride, care for, or simple know. Here is to a wonderful retirement! 🐴💕
