Made a new recipe. Low fat dog treats for dogs who have issues like our Dixie. She was diagnosed at 1 year with pancreatitis, and we did our own research to give her a better diet that we feel comfortable with, we did not want her on a prescription diet. This is a test batch to see how much they like them.

Did you know? Dozier's Dog Treats was started in honor of our dog Schatzi, whose name meant sweetheart in German. Schatzi always wanted everyone to smile and laugh and always had to be the center of attention. Although he wasn't with us long, he lives on everyday through his little sister Adie, who he treated like his child. We love you Schatzi.

We are finally getting back to making treats. A lot of change in the Dozier house, we moved to Wyoming. We are looking into ways to sell at farmers markets out here. We want to do more for the dog community. Our treats will be low fat so dogs like Dixie who have pancreatitis can enjoy our delicious dog treats.
