We are saddened to announce the loss of a valued member of our Administrative Team and son of Adriana Garcia. In light of this, we have decided to place the group on pause, allowing Adriana and the team to grieve and honor his memory. 🩵🕊️🙏🏼

We named him Victor . This baby was rescued by Citizens on Pawtrol April 10 at Tractor Supply after we went there to get some pet supplies . He was alone and scared and nightfall was upon him. One of the employees there told us he had been there for days and that they would feed him but he needed a home . How could I not eee the sadness in his eyes? It seemed as if he was waiting for someone. We took him home and he has been vetted and neutered . He will soon be finding his fur ver home .

The month of May is meant to highlight the importance of fostering pets for their safety and well-being. It is estimated that around 7.6 million pets enter America’s shelters each year, causing issues with space and overcrowding, and not to mention those stray and abandoned pets that are roaming in our streets of Laredo.

Pet foster care helps resolve this problem by providing some of the animals with a temporary refuge in a loving home until they find a new home.

Here is a list of why Pet Foster Care is important:
