PawLife Rescue Group is a non-profit, volunteer-run rescue. We are dedicated to saving the lives of pets deserving of a second chance.

We are dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and re-homing animals from dire situations into a loving forever home. We are a small volunteer-foster home based only pet rescue in Tampa Bay FL. We are always looking for foster homes, adopters and volunteers to help our cause. Our mission is to save and enrich the lives of pets of all ages, breeds, sizes, and conditions that have suffered from cruel

ty, neglect, puppy mills, abandonment, or overpopulation in high-kill shelters. We work tirelessly to find our rescued animals perfect, loving, forever homes. It is very important to us that each of our dogs and cats find their perfect family. If ever you can't keep the dog or cat you adopt from us, we require them be brought back to PawLife Rescue Group.

2 week follow up. Sutures removed.
He’s doing well but not putting weight on his leg yet.

Friends, we’re reaching out with heavy hearts and an urgent plea. Boarding fees are piling up faster than we can keep up with, and we’re now facing over $1,000 in costs that grow every single day. We can’t do this alone, and we’re asking for your help.

Hamlin, Colton, Millie, and Ruby are currently in boarding, and our sweet Freya will be returning next week. These animals are safe and cared for because of boarding, but it’s not a sustainable option without your support.

🌟 Hamlin, the Sweetest Boy in Need of a Forever Home 🌟

Five-year-old Hamlin has a story that will tug at your heartstrings. Once the longest resident of a rural shelter with his time running out, we couldn’t let the unthinkable happen to this amazing dog.
💔Hamlin was adopted, but due to recent hurricanes, his new dad lost everything and had to make the heartbreaking decision to let Hamlin go.
Now he has been waiting in boarding 😞

💌 Why Hamlin is Special:
A volunteer recently took Hamlin to the vet and shared this:

“Hamlin, all 71.2 lbs of him, hopped into my car like we were old friends. He stole my heart instantly with his gentle nature and magical spirit. At the vet, he swooned everyone with his charm, patiently endured his check-up, and left every single person smiling. He’s a 71-lb lapdog, a dream on a leash, and has a heart as big as his smile!”

House trained – No accidents!
Polite – Doesn’t beg or chew
Loves car rides and short walks
Great with kids
SOLO dog – needs a home without other pets

Hamlin’s journey has been full of challenges, but he’s a shining example of resilience, love, and trust. He was once abandoned, tied to a pole, and forgotten. Now, we want to give him the life he truly deserves.

🐾 $5 Friday! 🐾

Happy Friday, friends! 💕 We still need your help to cover the weekly boarding expenses for 6 dogs and puppies. Every dollar truly makes a difference in keeping them safe and cared for.

A huge thank-you to everyone who contributed to raising funds for Fozzie's surgery—your support means the world to us! 🙌

However, we still have a large outstanding bill from Chandler's emergency vet visit a couple of months ago. If you remember, Chandler ingested something that caused liver failure, and we acted quickly to save his life. The expenses added up fast, and we’re still working hard to pay it off.

The truth is, expenses never stop in rescue, but together, we can tackle these challenges one step at a time. 💪

Unfortunately there is one puppy missing and we are not sure what happened to it. 😢 These family of 6 are now safe and in boarding temporarily. Everyone are full of worms, especially the puppies, just as we suspected.
