Looking for a loyal sidekick with the heart of a golden girl and the quirks of a sitcom character? Mona may be your girl.
We don’t know much about Mona’s past (she came to us from CACC), but we do know she’s ready to live her best life—with YOU.
Here’s what makes Mona an absolute icon:
🌞 Loves sunshine like it’s a full-time job
🚗 Professional passenger – rides shotgun with style
🏡 Crate & house trained
🧠 Knows her commands: “sit,” “here,” and possibly “where’s the sun?”
🍖 Treat-motivated (same)
🕺 Her signature move? Walking backwards. Yes, really.
Her foster calls her a “master level clinger”—and they mean that in the best way. Bathroom trip? She’s got your six. Quick trip to the fridge? She’s your sous chef. Basically, if you're moving, Mona is moving with you.
She’s good with male and female dogs (though she can be a bit extra on first meetings), good with cats, and bonds deeply with her people once she feels safe. Kid experience? Unknown—but she’s a grown-up gal herself at 8.5 years young and might prefer a calm-ish household.
💥 A few quirks? Of course. She drinks water like she’s prepping for a desert trek, so she needs frequent potty breaks. And she might snack on stuff she shouldn't (grain-free food helps). But look—we all have our things.
