Over 23 years ago, at age 11, I sat with my mom in our living room and begged my dad to get our first Corgi! I grew up on Tasha Tudor books and fell in love with the Corgi lifestyle that was illustrated to me at a very young age. After some tearful pleas & promises, my dad finally said yes! And so my first Corgi was named Tasha, after that inspiring woman. I had Tasha for 11 wonderful years until she passed away from a then un-talked about disease called DM. Since corgis would be a forever obsession and part of my life, I was determined to seek further education on the subject and learned about modern technology that offers genetic health testing to protect corgis from preventable genetic diseases. A huge part of my desire to breed and share these wonderful short legged friends with the world was to help families never have to experience what I went through with Tasha and to preserve the classic corgi traits that are quickly becoming lost as the corgi breed becomes more popular and mass produced with not much thought given to lineage, conformation, or genetic traits.
It's our mission to educate & inspire others to fall in love with the Corgi breed as we have. For the peace of mind of potential families, our puppies are health tested & genetically guaranteed. We prioritize health testing to ensure that puppies will never be at risk for avoidable genetic traits such as DM, EIC, and VWD1. We love the opportunity to create lasting relationships w/ the families we work with!
