Hi! My parents are currently fostering a dog surrendered to them by a neighbor and I’m hoping you can help. Age: 5 yr 3 mo Sex: Male (intact) Breed: English Labrador Retriever Weight: 73 lbs Knows basic commands. Friendly with (and fairly uninterested by) other dogs - LIVES for human interaction and affection. Very gentle when receiving treats, but will nip if food is taken from his mouth. He is intact and has a history of marking in the house, but is easily avoided if closely monitored and immediately addressed upon arriving in a new home. Attached is a photo and video of Duke. Bruno is a 75lb neutered mutt with a brindle coat. He's got a lot of energy and is very, very sweet, he loves to give kisses and cuddle. He's not very aware of how big he is but that doesn't stop him from playing with smaller dogs, kids and even cats. He's very shy about using the bathroom but as long as you have a consistent routine he doesn't have accidents. He was homeless the first year of his life and I've worked very hard to make sure he's potty trained crate trained leash trained and knows all his basic commands. He is still a puppy and has a lot of energy, will steal banana peels and avocado skins from the trash and is deathly afraid of dumpsters but he is a good boy who loves to play, cuddle and sleeps most of the day. He loves fruit, especially apples, so make sure to save him some cuz he will be upset if you don't share. I would keep him myself but I simply don't have the patience for his puppy energy and know someone out there will love his energy. He doesn't bark, doesn't bite and tho he knows I hate face kisses he still tries to. He does like to chase and play with cats but my kitten that was raised with him plays with him constantly and snuggles with him. He really is a perfect puppy just not for me. Shadow is a very playful miniature Schnauzer. He is 3 months old (04/01/24 is his birthday). He currently has his first round of vaccinations and weighs 5 lbs. I am looking for a loving home for him. I simply do not have the time to give him the attention puppies need because I have a business that requires me to leave the state very often and I am also in nursing school. Shadow is great with other pets and with kids. He has so much energy and just needs to be in a home where he can receive more attention. Bruno (poodle mix) Is about 2 years old, he is neutered and up to date on shots. He still has some accidents in home but for the most part he is good. He weighs about 15-20lbs. Great with kids other dogs as well. He's a goofy little dog loves to play with toys as well as socks. Ace (red haired husky) Ace is about 7 years old. He is also neutered and up to date on shots. He is house trained. He is a very laid back dog very low energy for the majority of the day he'll randomly want to play with Bruno. He is very friendly with other dogs and kids. He'll just sleep all day do you let him doesn't like toys but loves bones. I would really like for them to stay together. But if not possible that is understandable. Unfortunately the reason why they need to be rehomed is because my son is allergic to dogs/cats and recently has been to the hospital multiple times.
