This is our 2025 garlic growing well despite the extremely cold temperatures for South Mississippi. We have around 1000 plants growing. We insulated with pine straw. This heirloom garlic goes into our craft hot sauce. We really do grow our own ingredients.

We purchased this stock photo for use on our Incas Gold craft hot sauce made with a blend of Aji peppers. These aji Peruvian peppers have been around since 3000 BC. Gumbo is all about the roux which for our recipe takes about an hour minimum. We love blue crab and we love to catch them so they play a vital role in the recipe. A few dashes of hot sauce of course to kick things up a bit.
