I hope everyone had a fantastic Thanksgiving holiday! 🦃

🎄🎄Christmas is now right around the corner! We do always offer extended hours around Christmas time, just because we know how many need to get ready for Santa Paws! But we still only have so many spots available, so PLEASE- get your appointments scheduled now! We are currently booked until 12/10. Large dogs and doodle mixes do not have as many available appointments, so please be aware of that also!

We will work until Dec 23rd & then we will be closed 12/24-12/26! Please SCHEDULE NOW. This is your reminder. 🎄🎄

🚨🚨A couple reminders:
1. My prices are set- non negotiable. You must pay your FULL bill at pick up.
2. I do have a $10 NO CALL/NO SHOW fee during the week, and 100% service fee on weekends. (This means on a weekend, if you no show, you will be responsible to pay the ENTIRE bill of service). THESE FEES ARE DUE BEFORE YOU CAN RESCHEDULE. IF YOU HAVE NO SHOWED MORE THAN 1 TIME YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY 50% OF YOUR NEXT APPT UP FRONT TO REBOOK. If you have no showed more than 2 times, it will be required to pay 100% at time of booking. You get a reminder sent to your phone the day before (sometimes two reminders if you don’t respond to the first). IF YOU CANNOT MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT, JUST SIMPLY REPLY CANCEL AND I WILL BE ABLE TO FILL IT. No shows are not acceptable, or excusable. If you wake up sick, just let me know you cannot make it. This allows me to at least fill your appointment spot. PLEASE BE MINDFUL & DO NOT NO CALL/NO SHOW.
3. We do not demat often. This is for YOUR dogs sake. I live by the rule HUMANITY OVER VANITY and will always do what i believe is in the best interest of your pet. If you fail to brush your pup, your pup will get took down to a length i can comfortably cut him/her. If your pet is matted but i can safely demat without causing pain, i will. But this is a long process, and you WILL be charged for the extra work. Extra work=extra time=extra charge. I wouldn’t ever expect any one to do extra work for free for me, so please do not expect that of us.
4. We do require you to PICK UP within 30 minutes of being contacted. We do upwards of 20+ dogs a day. If you will not be able to pick up until a later time, your pup will be pushed to the end of the schedule. (Example: you drop off at 7:30. You cannot pick up until 3:30 due to work. This is fine, but your pet will not be guaranteed to be done at 3:30. They will be moved to the end of the schedule and will be done last.)

I’m very sorry if any of this sounds excessive- but there’s only so much one can take. Please just be mindful and respectful and remember there are so many other people that share this world with you.🚨🚨

Introducing my favorite addition of our new place- the QUIET room! 🤫

Mr Tito is the perfect candidate for the use of our quiet room. He is a super friendly fella, that wants to play with whoever he sees! This can be pretty difficult for him to concentrate so we can get his grooming done. And that’s where our quiet room comes in!

For the reactive, the anxious, or even just the playful pups we work with, it’s much easier for us, and much easier on them, if we take them to be closed in one room, with one groomer, to get their grooming accomplished. I personally love this one on one time i get with some of my favorite pups! 🫶🏼

(Shout out to my hubby for painting my wall this pretty relaxing colors! Did you know dogs can see some blue, greens, and purples? So of course he had to paint them something pretty to look at)

Dan and i have decided to do some weekends during the off season! This will just be us, so appointments are very limited. I will post the openings for the days each week we work.

For instance- this week we will be working SATURDAY and SUNDAY. These are first come first serve. And any no shows will be responsible for the FULL cost of service!
