that the average service dog learns between 50 - 60 commands? In addition to retrieving items their owners need, they can perform essential tasks like flipping a light switch, pushing buttons and buzzers, and opening doors.

Many thanks to all those who train these incredible dogs to improve the lives of those they serve.

We want to warmly welcome Dr Charlie Ho to our AMC family!

Dr Charlie Ho joined AMC Lawrenceville in August 2025. He previously owned an animal hospital in Macon Georgia for over 30 years. Dr Ho has a special interest in dentistry, routine and soft tissue surgeries, he is also acupuncture certified. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, hiking and traveling with family and friends.

Dr Ho will be available for appointments on Wednesday and Thursdays. We are excited to add him to our already amazing team!

Mauzer Puppies ready for their forever home! An amazing client of ours has some cuties for adoption!

The puppies are 9 weeks old today. They are ready to go to a loving home. Two females and three males still needing a home.

⬜ Hypoallergenic, Maltese- Schnauzer crossbreed
⬜ Small breed, expected weight about 15-20 lbs
⬜ 6 week vet visit exam, stool check,&deworming ✅
⬜ 8-10 week vaccines, deworming, and exam ✅
⬜ Socialization with young children, adults, and other dogs from the beginning ✅
⬜ Crate training in progress, along with house training: goal is to make the transition to new owner as simply and enjoyable as possible. ✅
⬜ Crate/dog bowls will go home with owner.
