Training is more than the mechanics of getting a dog to do something. It takes a touch, a feel, and an understanding of the animal’s current state of mind, which all comes from within you and how you communicate with the dog. It’s something that you can study for a lifetime and always know that you could do better.

This personal challenge keeps us excited to train every day, always striving for improvement with the dogs and with ourselves.

Uffda, Annie's calcium and glucose dropped to unhealthy levels. She had an emergency C-section on Friday, because of this, her milk hasn't come in. Diane and I are tube feeding the pups every 3 hrs, it takes an hour to feed them so we only get a 2 hr break around the clock. The first seven days are critical. So please excuse us if we don't update until we come out the other side of this. Please know we are doing all we can to ensure healthy strong pups. Prayers would be appreciated as this is an extremely sensitive time for the pups.
