Baby Moby is such a cutie! If you know someone looking for a fur baby share this with them😻 Or consider fostering if you have some love and attention to give without the life long commitment of an adoption♥️
Baby Moby’s story…
Moby was found by one of our caretakers in her apartment complex parking lot. Limping badly and with a burn scar on his side, likely the result of a car engine, and barely 6 weeks old, clearly the little guy needed immediate help.
We were able to get Moby into the vet quickly, where we learned that he had a broken leg. He was too small for any splint. So, we reached out and found an emergency kitten foster who could keep Moby in a safe, comfortable place while he healed. Then, as if that wasn’t enough for the little guy, 2 weeks later, he had ringworm too. Thankfully, his foster was able to handle both the ringworm and the broken leg. After 2 months in foster care, Moby is now cleared for play and his prospects are excellent that he will have minimal or even medically insignificant long term effects from his injuries.
Moby is very interested in other cats. He met the adult cats in the foster’s home, and got along with them very well. Moby just wants to play and be like other kittens. His favorite toys are wand toys, toys that make noise and spring toys. He likes to talk to all of them. He wasn’t allowed to jump for several weeks while he was healing, so he very much likes to jump now! He is a bit timid with people since he hasn’t really been able to see anyone except his foster, but with a little encouragement, we think he will be just as interested in people as he is in cats (and maybe even a dog).
🐾 Baby Moby's journey is one of resilience and healing. Come meet Moby and all his feline friends!
