Dino is a dog that I figure no one will ever give a chance to.

He was severely abused and neglected and because of that he came to us very will and missing a lot of his coat.

We call him a rare north eastern Texas hairless

He would love a family of his own but given his appearance, he had never had anyone interested

Small dog adopters?

Gump is looking for his forever home.

Maybe 20-30 lbs with small legs, he is about the size of an average corgi.

He is a playful and fun dog.

Would do best in a home without kids. He gets along with other dogs, and I have never had him around a cat.

German shepherd / blue heeler mix. About 45 lbs

He is so sweet and wonderful.

Great with other dogs. Was good with a cat when around one over a year ago.

Gentle, good natured.

For some reason, these handsome boys are always passed up on.

Great Pyrenees mixes. Roughly 65 lbs

They would love to find a family together but could be separated if need be.

They are escape artists and need a very secure area when outside.

Very well mannered. Would be sweet with kids. Have not been around a cat in some time.

Luna is a petite gorgeous husky who desperately would love a family of her own.

She is roughly 2 years old.

She has typical husky energy and needs an active family.

She is an escape artist and needs a very secure fenced in area when she is outside.

She is great with other dogs. I am sure she would be sweet with kids. Not recommended with cats as huskies typically do not do well with cats.

Wanting a small dog?

Luke is a cute small beagle looking for his forever home.

He would be good with kids. He is good with other dogs. And I have never had him around a cat but I am sure with a slow introduction he would be able to handle that well.

He is calm natured loving to sleep and lounge around, but he would also enjoy going on walks and having a family to play with.

Luke needs a fenced in yard.

Chase is still looking for his forever home

Chase is a young mild mannered husky mix who would love a family of his own.

He gets along well with other dogs.

I have never had him around a cat and would use caution with introducing any husky or husky mix to a cat.

I have never had him around a young child. I think he would do best with 10 year old + kids.

He does well inside the house.

Hansel and Gretel are needing homes ❤️😍❤️😍

Would you look at these babies. Talk about gorgeous.

Gretel the lighter colored is the female. She has a lot of energy and a lot of s***k to her. She is extremely playful with other dogs and always wanting to run around with them. She still loves to be loved on! She has been well behaved in the house.

Hansel the male is the opposite of miss Gretel. He is timid. He is very passive to the other dogs. He is extremely sweet. He wants to be layed up beside your feet or wherever you are. I am betting he will be shy and not make the best first impression because of that. But I am hoping someone will look past that shyness and be willing to work with him. He is going to blossom in the right environment.

Initially, I believed they needed adopted together. They have been through a lot together and really love each other. I will consider separate adoptions. But having them together would be ideal.

They will be fully vetted by their adoption!

Both good with all dogs. (Hansel is shy though)
Not cat tested.
Would recommend only 12+ children who are good with dogs as they have not been around children

Mr. Peanut butter is needing a forever home.

He is an energetic guy with a lot of love. He enjoys snuggles inside and playtime outside.

He gets along with dogs of all sizes!

He met some children here recently and was super interested in them and sweet. I think he’s make a great family addition.

He does have a lot of energy especially when meeting new people. But he is also capable of calming down and laying in bed with you.

He is a super cute petite guy. Maybe 40 pounds? If that 🤣

He’d really love to meet someone. I haven’t had a single person express interest which is so wild to me. We have all these precious dogs and no one interested!

We’re in Leary / Texarkana.

Consider adopting to help save a life. This guy was literally going to die when he was taken in. He was with another couple dogs roaming around on a busy road and one of the dogs had already died. It was a ticking time bomb for him.

Luna is absolutely precious, and we truly all adore her here.

She is a gorgeous 3 year old husky. She has not been destructive. She isn’t super high energy. She wants to be inside laying in your bed, snuggled up next to you at all times. She can certainly tell you how she feels and has a lot of husky talk and sass.

She is an escape artist. She will try to run past you in a door way. So she needs a family who can watch her whenever she is outside in the backyard and watches her closely. Here she spends most of her time in our bedroom and goes outside monitored.

She gets along great with other dogs of all sizes.

I’m sure she would be friendly with older kids who aren’t all over her.

Luna is HW-, spayed and UTD on shots.

She is ready to go to her new family.

I know there are a ton of animals in need and if I had the resources, I would take them all.

We desperately need adopters or transports willing to help us find homes for all these awesome dogs we have.

We can not intake ANY more dogs.

To try to encourage adoption, I will be sponsoring the fee for these dogs in this post. If it does not say adopted, they are not adopted. Please look at each post for information on each dog.

** Adopters still must qualify and be approved for adoption by filling out an application! **

Ragnar is a beautiful husky mix.
He is around a year and a half.

He is full of energy and mischief.

He would love a family to spoil him and play with him.

He has not been around cats and needs dogs that can tolerate a playful energy.
I would not suggest him around small kids just because I wouldn’t want them knocked over when playing

Adopted

One of our recent husky rescues surprised us with a litter of puppies.

The Black and Tan female and little cream/red female are ready to start the process of looking for adopters!

The little white male currently has an adopter lined up for him.

* We do not know who the dad was to this litter.

It’s safe to say they will be medium sized dogs.
And grow up to be beautiful like their momma!

Our rescue has many awesome adoptable dogs ranging in ages and breeds and mixes. We have many huskies, husky mixes, German shepherds / German shepherd mixes as well. Please consider us for your new best friend!!

There is a challenge going around to donate to rescues in name of Betty White who has recently passed away.

What better of a way to celebrate her life then to help animals in need and donating to your favorite rescue Odin's Oasis Rescue that finds homes for many needy animals and also acts as a sanctuary Odin’s Oasis Sanctuary for many dogs that are senior, special needs, feral or having issues being adopted!

We have plenty of bills to care for the dogs in our care needing adopted and we get requests daily to take in more that have no hope. I have had to say "no" which breaks my heart but we have to be able to afford vet bills etc for all new intakes - and it's soooo hard!

Why adopt from Odin's Oasis Rescue ?

Our dogs are taken from desperate situations and given hope. Lots of our dogs come in hairless due to infections, sick, scared. Many are close to being euthanized or close to death!

You are saving a life and giving us room for another dog. So each adoption saves at least two lives!

Your dog will be fully vetted
- fixed
- microchipped
- shots
- hw tested and hw prevention

Your dog will be socialized with lots of other dogs

Your dog will know what it's like to be inside and loved on

Life long rescue support!

- If you are local and ever need your dog watched, we would love to babysit.

Why someone would dump such a great dog is always beyond me...

This beautiful boy is perfect. Those markings are perfect. Very well mannered. Very very sweet. Gets along with everyone.

He just needs a place to get comfy and cozy and he doesn’t make a peep. 😴 😴

He is a young husky mix. Would guess around 1 year old. Well behaved inside.

Bane is a stunning dog. Truly. Pictures don’t do him justice!!

I want to be selfish and keep him for myself forever because he is the best. But I need to give him a chance at finding the best forever home!

He is a German Shepherd mix. A big guy at about 70 lbs.

Fully vetted. Shots. Neutered. Hw-, Heartworm prevention shot. (All of our rescues must be vetted prior to adoption ❤️)

Housebroken. Good with other dogs. Good with cats. ( I would do slow introductions with cats because he hasn’t been around a cat in a while, but he lived with them prior to here)

I think he would be good with kids 10 + just because he might knock over a toddler due to his size.

He can be excited because he is a young big strong guy. So he is learning manners on a leash and to behave and not to jump as much and has made progress. He does well in the house.

He needs a fenced in yard and an active family who will love on him.

Have you ever heard people wanting a mini husky and paying thousands for their designer dogs to look like huskies but be small?

Well hey look no further

Little bit has the husky look in a pint sized package 📦

Little Bit enjoys running around like huskies do. He also enjoys a good couch to curl up on.

He is housebroken and gets along with others. Although he does enjoy his own space.

I think he is maybe a German shepherd/ possible heeler mix. So a very smart and wonderful mix.

He is extremely loving and wants desperately to be with his people at all times.

He loves car rides and side by side rides. He loves running around and he loves snuggling up on the couch after a day of adventures.

He would love a family of his own.

Luke is a tiny tiny beagle whose came to us in great need. He was broken in many ways.

His skin has cleared up and he is on his way to being ready to getting adopted.

I would like for his teeth to be looked at and obviously his neuter before adoption.

Luke is a laid back dog. He would love to have a family that will let him sleep around on some comfy furniture in a cozy house. At the same speed, he would love to go on a walk with you. He is good with other dogs and over all just a genuinely wonderful dog.

So if you are a small dog adopter, like I always have people asking, I would be looking here at Luke.

These two beautiful babies are six months old. They are sweethearts. They were adopted as puppies and returned as their son was allergic.

Blue - is a boy. Kennel trained. Sweetheart. When you are down, he will come snuggle you to make you feel better ❤️

The girl is a gorgeous red merle. Precious.

They both sweet to be a little shy at first and need reassurance. I think they will shine in the right homes.

They were dna tested and found to be super mutts with a wide variety of breeds. Mom was mostly lab and beagle with some hints of husky. Dad I think must have had all the breeds in him 😂

They are fairly small. Around 25-30 lbs at 6 months. I don’t expect them to be big dogs.

They do not need to be adopted together.
