Dad is harlequin 1/2 mini lop 1/2 rex and mom is magpie 3/4 mini lop 1/4 rex.
The black / orange harlequin is a doe the other 2 are bucks.

We had some Dutch born the other day and I got a picture of them today, its not the best since they are wiggle worms. Out of a blue Dutch doe and a harlequin Dutch buck.

2 of our beautiful cochin bantam hens hard at work tonight sitting on some eggs, these girls are little laying and hatching machines!

Well we managed to make it through the crazy snow storm without power for almost 48 hours, unfortunately we lost all of our fertile hatching eggs that were in the incubator but the hens were right back in the nests laying eggs today so we will hopefully get back on track and have some more chicks soon!

On another good note I gave several nest boxes to does today that are due in a few days so fingers crossed for babies soon!
If you would like to be notified when we have babies born or available please let us know or keep an eye on the group or our page! We will not know the s*xes of the babies until they about 4 to 6 weeks old!

I would like to let everyone know I had unintentionally stepped away from our rabbitry for a while but I will be back soon and the page will get a big update. I still raise rabbits but we have cut down the number of breeders and will have babies available a few times throughout the year, but the focus of this page will shift from solely our rabbitry to our entire farm where I will post our rabbits (breeders and availables), chickens (brood flocks and available chicks or adults) and occasionally our cows! Thank you to everyone who has hung in here while I focused on my family! I will be updating my group as well!

Here at Little Brown's Bunny Barn we are a small family ran rabbitry!
We have the following breeds- pedigreed Holland Lops, pedigreed Mini Rex, English Spot, Dutch, we are working on our standard rexes and we have meat mixes also, we aim for happy, healthy, beautiful buns! Our babies are handled daily to make great family pets! They will come with their pedigree or birth certificate, and a small baggie of transition feed. Please let us know if you are looking for a specific breed and would like to be added to a notification list for availability!

Our Sales Policy---

✴1. Rabbits will NOT leave until they are at least 8 weeks of age. NO EXCEPTIONS! If we feel a baby needs a little more time with mom the baby will stay until we are comfortable that it is ready to leave. During summertime all reserved buns need to be picked up as quickly as possible. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR RABBIT GETTING HOT AND PERISHING IF IT IS NOT PICKED UP IN A TIMELY MANNER DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS! We will not keep a rabbit over the particular pickup age for longer than a few days gor you to br able to pick it up, HOWEVER WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO WORK WITH YOUR WORKING SCHEDULES AND SUCH FOR PICKUPS/MEETS/DELIVERIES!

✴2. Once a rabbit leaves our place they are no longer our responsibility, it is your job to care for your rabbit, however we are available through messenger if you have any questions about your rabbit, please don't hesitate to ask!

✴3. We do NOT guarantee or warranty whatsoever, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

✴4. To the best of our knowledge all of our rabbits are healthy and free from disease at the time of sale and show no signs of illness or disease. We are not responsible for any vet costs once the rabbit leaves our care.

✴5. Please bring something such as a cage or box to pick up your rabbit, we do not provide cages or boxes.
We do provide a copy of the following: the rabbits birth certificate for non-pedigreed rabbits, a pedigree on fully pedigreed rabbits, a small bag of feed for transitioning your new rabbit to your choice of feed and a care sheet.

✴6. We do NOT guarantee gender. Determining the gender of rabbits at a young age can be difficult. I try my best to determine what gender each rabbit is but you can’t tell with 100% certainty until the bunny is a little older. We do check several times and try to be as accurate as possible, if we are unable to determine the s*x we will either list the rabbit as "available - s*x to be determined" or "unavailable until s*x can be determined" until we are confident in its s*x, but we will not sell a rabbit if we are completely unsure of its s*x. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND MISTAKES CAN STILL HAPPEN EVEN TO AN EXPERT! But we try to do our absolute best!

✴7. Our kits are handled from birth, as a prey animal most do not like to be picked up off of the ground so we do our best to help them stay calm and comfortable when being handled and loved on, as with people and animals, personality’s develop with age and environment. We are honest about our bunnies personality’s but we cannot guarantee that their temperament will not change with age and/or changes in environment.

✴8. Bonding with your bunny takes time, they need to get use to their new environment, new smells, new people, new animals etc, so please give your rabbit some time to adjust to their new surroundings.

✴9.You cannot change the prefix, name or ear tattoo # on our pedigreed rabbits so it must remain on the pedigree as is!

✴10. We have the right to cancel or refuse any sale for any reason.

✴11. At this time we DO NOT work with transport yet, but we can meet or deliver approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour from our location for a fee, which would be discussed during scheduling pickup/meet/delivery.

✴12. If you would like to be added to our waitlist please let me know what gender, color, number of rabbits your looking for and if you would like fully pedigreed, 1/2 pedigreed or non pedigreed and I will do my best to get you taken care of!

❇Once the baby’s are about 4-6 weeks old they will be available to be reserved, people on our waitlist will be contacted first, after people on our waitlist make their decisions any available baby’s will be posted as FCFS!

❇We cannot guarantee that any rabbits we paired together will have baby’s, nor can we predict or guarantee the babies breeding or parenting abilities for in the future.

Is anyone looking to give a "special needs" holland lop rabbit a wonderful indoor home?
This girl was over-groomed by her first time momma at birth, she has the majority of one ear and the tip of the other gone and she is lacking 1 back foot, mom took off the front of her back foot to behind where her toes would be. I gave her a chance and she has done great! She is currently about 5 to 6 months old and has not had any issues. I originally planned to keep her and make her a house pet but I have a lot going on and I think she would do best with someone who has experience with special needs buns!

Born indoors but would make great mousers, they are very friendly and great with kids.

❇️Depending on color, type, gender and the pedigree status our prices can range from $35 up to $100➕.

❇Once the baby’s are about 4-6 weeks old they will be available to be reserved, people on our waitlist will be contacted first, once we have contacted you you will have 24 hours to decide if you would like to verbally reserve the rabbit or not, if you do not respond we will move to the next person on the list and so forth.

❇After people on our waitlist make their decisions any available baby’s will be posted as FCFS!

We paired some buns last month and are expecting babies in a few days! We paired #1 - Penguin and Snowpiercer (broken black and bew) #2 - Mystery (3/4 mini lop, 1/4 rex) and Sunflower (magpie and tri) (those 2 girls are due this weekend) and #3 - Cloudy Sky with Snowpiercer (broken blue tort and bew) and #4 - black vm doe with Snowpiercer (those 2 girls are due next month). We are super excited to see what we get from these particular pairings! I've included pics of everyone! * pics are a little older and the younger buns have matured in to gorgeous rabbits! Not pictured is our black vm doe, everyone is full holland lop except for mystery*

We got a few buns tattooed today, our tri buck Sunflower got the first tattoo! This was our first time doing tattoos and I think it went well, I figure I'll have to go over them later on since they seem a little thin lined but practice makes perfect!

We got some new babies today! Citrus (Holland lop) and Raisin (Dutch) have both given birth so far! Pic of Raisin's nest, I know you can't see them but it looks like she has 6-8 babies, I couldn't get an accurate head count because she doesn't want her nest messed with just yet! We are feeling so blessed right now!

Today I made bunny birth certificates to go with each of our non-pedigreed buns in the future! I have them printed on blue, pink, yellow, purple and green colored paper for now, but plan to get some paper with designs or faint background imaging to print them on too! Going to be adding cute edging and personal touches to each certificate when they get filled out, or prior to being shipped! This is definitely something I plan to start selling for those who want to give bunny birth certificates with their little ones but can't find the time to make some themselves! 🥰🐰
