Farley is a German Short Hair Pointer. (GSP) These dogs are amazing. Farley was such a good boy. He came in for a bath. I know I say it so much nut these pups really make my day. It is not work if you love what you do.

Sampson was so timid that we just dried Jax first to show him that there was nothing to it. By the way Sampson is a talker. He told me so many things during our appointment.

This sweet Girl is Harley. She is Boudreaux's sister. I had so much fun with her. We played around, had some hugs. She was so good. How can you not love this face!

The first picture was Boudreaux very first time with me. He is a happy guy. I was so excited to see him again. I had anticipated smiles and goofiness. ..... well. I could not figure out why he was so upset with me. I got no smiles, I got no hugs, just a sad face. When he was done I put him back with his sister Harley. I kid you not, when he saw me pat Harley's head he rolled his eyes at me and sauntered off....My Guy was Jealous.
Don't worry Boudreaux I promise your next appointment I will make it up to you.

These two babies came in for their very first groom. They are definitely a bonded pair and were not to sure about the whole process. Again to prevent discomfort and a negative experience we introduced them to everything on their level. They came in for a De-Shed. That is a very long process and can become stressful. When it became apparent that they needed a break we stopped and had some play time. I decided to have them together in the same room after play time to finish the groom. They were still unsure, but definitely happier with that. That's what I like most about being a private groomer. The dogs having a positive experience can take time. I have all the time to give them so that we can avoid traumatic experiences.

Why we shave paw pads:
Adds traction on slick or smooth floors,
Helps prevent pups from tacking in mud
Prevents the hair from matting between the toes causing discomfort.

Molly was a new friend. She is a seasoned Lady. I took special care of this girl. She had had surgery on her ACL, so instead of risking any discomfort to her we decided to take everything to the floor. Their comfort and safety mean the world to me. It gives them a positive experience, and makes the whole process easier.

This is Millie. She was a new customer. She loved everything we did. What I can say was the most interesting to her was what she could see outside the windows. She was VERY interested in the cows.

Delta is here with me again!. She was so excited, I got hugs and kisses from this sweet girl. She makes me laugh, but she also has a quality around her that is very calming as well. She is just one of a kind.

Moose!!!! He is back. He came in for a De-Shed. This dog makes me laugh. What made me so happy is that he and his sister Delta remembered me. They were so excited to see me. I got so many kisses and loves.
