Armega Grooming, LLC Professional pet groomer. Certified in pet CPR and first aid. After retiring with 20 years in the army, I struggled to find a new path.

I earned a bachelors degree in the science of health and wellness, but there was nothing out there that was really appealing to me. I needed to find a new path. I knew this new path would need to be something that I love doing, would keep me busy, be challenging, rewarding, and give me a sense of pride. My love for animals has always been deeply rooted within me, hence my rescuing of stray dogs fr

om other countries, while in the military. I’m not really sure when becoming a groomer clicked, but once it did, there was no doubt in my mind that this is what I wanted to do. I learned everything I could, I set myself up with a certified trainer, learned about different breeds, temperaments, coats, nails, ears, teeth, health conditions, and more. The more I learned, the more I knew this is what I wanted to do. I am so happy with this decision and I can’t wait to serve, even though in a very different capacity.

Season's greetings! I hope you all enjoyed a wonderful Christmas and wish you a Happy New Year. In preparation for the upcoming year, I have been conferring with other local private grooming salons to evaluate price adjustments. This decision was made with careful consideration, taking into account the current economic condition and the cost of my products and equipment increasing, some even doubling in price. However, it is necessary to ensure the continued success of my business. As a private grooming salon, I pride myself on offering exclusive, personalized appointments for individual families and their pets. This tailored approach is highly valued by my clients, and I will continue to maintain this standard of service. After conducting thorough research to determine fair and competitive pricing, I will be introducing new rates in January 2025. These prices will be displayed on a white board in my salon, and you can also consult the list below to find your new pricing. The new pricing will begin Tuesday, January 7th. The American kennel club (AKC) generally considers dogs to be small if they weigh 30 pounds or less, medium if they weigh between 30 and 55 pounds, and large if they weigh more than 55 pounds.

Mr. Scooter, probably one of the toughest grooms I do, but we somehow get through it every time. He clings to his owners at drop off and shakes like he is about to meet his fate. When it is all over, he is the most fun loving, sweet boy. The drama!😂❤️
