Regular nail maintenance is very important. When nails become overgrown they begin causing significant discomfort for the dog. Toes often are spread apart due to the nail being so long and after an extended period the foot can become permanently disfigured and very painful for the dog. Did you know your dogs nails will continuously grow and can even grow back into the paw pad?! You can imagine how painful THAT is!

Here is a picture I took a few days ago to show the difference a nail trim and grind makes. The foot on the right of the pic has not been trimmed and you can see the toes spread apart. The foot on the left has been trimmed and nails ground down, and the toes are nice and tight again!

Nail services are WALK-IN at the shop. You can come anytime during our normal business hours and get your pet’s toes pampered. We will even paint them if you want! 😉
