🚨 Attention Clients ! 🚨
Here at Kiss My Mutt Salon we have a policy Change & Price Increase Notice.

Starting SEPTEMBER 1ST.
Price of your services WILL increase.
Policy change.
• IF you do not pick up your pet within 30 minutes of getting notified your pet is ready. ( we do send out saying that your pet will be ready in 15-20 mins. ) we will charge $25 every 15 mins you are late. We do not have room to keep your pet here. We are not a boarding facility.
• We work 1 on 1 on dogs. That means if you do not pick up your dog, we can not work on the next dog that is arriving on their scheduled time.
• We are going to be charging for matted dogs. An additional $25-$50. Matted dogs wear on our equipment.
• friendly reminder - if you cancel or no show within 24 hours and want to reschedule your appointment. You will have to pay the missed appointment BEFORE scheduling your new one.

Whether you choose to have your dog groomed here at Kiss My Mutt Salon , or at another grooming facility remember a few of these things. 1. Must grooming facilities have a no show / cancellation policy. It depends on each place. Here you have to pay the missed appointment before booking another one , if you no show or cancel within 24 hours. 2. Drop off at the time of the appointment. If you drop off early it does NOT mean your dog will be done earlier. 3. Pick up when contacted. I do not have the room to keep your dog(s) here. I am not a boarding facility or a daycare. I text/message 15-20 mins prior to the dog being done. If you need more heads up. I will be happy to give you a heads up. 4. If you do not maintain your dogs coat. Expect your dog to be shaved. If you are no able to maintain your dogs coat at home. Shorten the length of time between grooming appointments. 5. Us groomers are just making a living and pay bills like everyone else.
