These puppies belong to a client of mine who owns the mother. I’ve groomed the mother since she was six months old.. They are quality puppies. The mom‘s temperament is perfect. The dad is owned by the daughter. So if you’re looking for a quality Doodle, please feel free to give Mr. Lumley a call.

Well out of the blue, my husband surprised me with a new car. It’s not my birthday. It’s not our anniversary. It’s not even a special day that we know of. He just did it. Thank you honey. I love you.

Today at Mrs. Doodlemeyers - Annalise Musto took her first grooming certification test over zoom. Making her a CPG- certified professional groomer.
Anna has a bright future as a professional groomer .
I couldn’t be prouder of her, she tested out amazingly
With 100% on safety! Congrats Anna the sky’s the limit!
Also want to give a shout out to Windsor who behaved so well and looked marvelous.
Thank you to her owners for allowing us to use her for the exam we appreciate you.

On Sunday morning my crew and I had brunch at My Chef Steph’s home as our Christmas party. I’m always nervous about planning or hosting any kind of get together though I do enjoy a good party.
But seriously ALL the credit belongs to Chef Steph. I made one call we set a date and she handled the rest. The party was more than I had hoped and I’ll tell you why- when we entered her home it was warm and inviting, beautiful yet comfortable, the food delicious and plentiful. Anyone can cook food but it takes a consummate host to prepare an atmosphere like the one we enjoyed on Sunday morning. Thank you Chef Steph you truly are amazing. Mrs. D.

Well summer is almost over and so are my legs from the knees down. So we are making some changes at Mrs. Doodlemeyers . First we will be closed sept. 11 thru sept18 I am having foot surgery and promised my doctor I would lay up for 5 days. Second we are now closed Sunday and Mondays ( except before some major holidays) . Third it is just me now grooming and I have put a limit on the number of dogs per day that I will groom. Quality not Quantity.
And last but not least I bought these ‘we love doodles’ brushes and have used one for about 2 weeks now and am very impressed by its performance. Not only great for doodles but for deshed this brush makes short work of the worst coats worth every Penny. I have a few for resale- small$35 or large for $45. Stop in and try one out! Thank you for all your support and look forward to serving you through the holiday season. Elaine

Have you ever wondered what it’s like to watch a dog get “blown out” .. well, let Max entertain you. Don’t worry y’all, despite his “sad face” Max LOVES jumping up on the table to get groomed.

… and even though Elaine blew him out, two days later his owner blew him out again (at home) and their yard is now partially white from his fur 😂 .. soooooo much hair !!!!! 😩😩

Would anyone be potentially interested in learning how to properly bath and/or blow your dog at home? Just thinking of potential classes for the future. 🙋🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ Max gets blown out all the time at his house (twice or more weekly). He loves the dryer ❤️ especially when treats are also provided.

Hello everyone ! We apologize for the lack of update since we moved to the new shop.
We want to first by saying Thank you so much for the support and the patience you have given us with our move and getting a handle on the phone calls, Facebook messages and texts.

A few things that are going to be changing and updates.

We are accepting new clients , and large breed dogs !

Every 3rd Sunday we are grooming cats.
If you would like to get on that schedule please call and we can arrange that.

Prebooking grooming appointments.
We highly recommend prebooking grooming appointments , we are currently booked almost 6 weeks out !

There will be a slight price increase in all grooming services. Starting August 1st. Due to cost of living going up, and our overhead expenses.

Starting August 1st. We will not be answering the phone on days that we are closed. Our business hours are Tuesday- Friday 8am- 6pm and Saturday 9am - 5pm. We will get you taken care of on the next working day. If you are a new client. Please leave a voicemail/text / facebook message with your name , address , phone number , dog breed , age , vet contact info , and Any allergies or health concerns we need to be aware of.

I have a few weeks / days coming up that the shop will be closed.
August 12th -16th.
September 11th - 14th
Nov 25th - 29th ( we will be working the Monday November 22nd )
Dec 25th-jan 3rd. ( we will be working on Monday Dec 13th and Monday December 20th )

We are now in need of bath towels or bath sheets. If you have any gently used towels or bath sheets. We will buy them from you. Bath towels $2. Bath sheets $5.
We are not in need of washcloths or handtowels.
