💝🌟Gracee💝🌟
Our dearest sweet chocolate Gracee found her forever home this weekend. She was one of our top English bloodlines with double championships on both sides. This was by far a VERY hard decision but at the end of the day, our mission has ALWAYS been what’s best for our dogs and puppies, not about how to make a quick buck! Gracee was the LAST of our breeding program to “fly our roost”. Gracee is still young & fun and can live her remaining years not worrying about raising puppies! We are so blessed & thankful to the family that rehomed her. As you see, Gracee had no issues settling in with their family and was happily snoozing not long afterwards. One things for sure, rasing dogs with manners is a MUST and we pray Gracee blesses this family as much as she blessed ours!

💚💙Mossy💙💚 FOUND HIS FOREVER FAMILY!
If you’ve ever wanted a Fritts Labrador Retriever, now is the time! Since Covid, the puppy market is flooded with puppies with unreliable bloodlines. Unfortunately as breeders, when you can’t trust the bloodlines that is in the market, it’s time to close a chapter. There is zero competition for good breeders when the market is flooding with cheap dogs. We have prayed over our dogs and the decision to rehome a few of our great Labs.

Mossy is a 2yo intact male we got as our stud. Mossy is an English Lab and is just starting to mellow out from the long endeavored puppy stage 😂 Mossy loves children, other animals and loves to play. He is house and crate trained. Mossy is cream with hints of dark yellow in his markings. Mossy is such a great boy looking for a family to grow old with. He is still young and will be a great companion.

Oaklee is a 4yo female who has given us one successful litter. She comes from champion & grand-champion bloodlines. We have her mother and just rehomed her daughter. As you see, she loves to fetch, loves children, house and crate trained. She is looking for a family to give her lots of love for her remaining years, puppy free! She’s a true English lab with her short statue and thick tail.

🖤🤍Update🤍🖤

I procrastinated for weeks to make a post about our poodles. We knew we were no longer going to breed or stud the poodles so we needed to find them a home. My heart couldn’t take writing anything about them. I would start and then stop and delete. I prayed for weeks over the situation and finally found enough strength to write out their description. When I tell you I prayed they would go together (that was truly my only prayer) because I knew they would find a wonderful home just as all of our retired doggies always do. As you see, our sweet Hankee Doodle (Hank) & Yoshi went TOGETHER! Their bond is truly inseparable. If they are not together, they cry for each other. Sometimes we pray for the most simplest vague requests but God already had this family wanting both of our babies before we knew it. While it’s still so hard to see them go, my heart is forever grateful they went to a loving home and as you can tell, getting even more spoiled than with us. Love you both always !! 💙💙

Fritts Labs & Doodles for the foreseeable future will likely no longer breed Doodles (Poodle + Goldendoodle/Labradoodle).

Therefore, we have two HANDSOME proven studs looking for a family/breeding program. We are retiring Yoshi & Hank. We traveled far for these two boys for our program and want them to go to wonderful homes!

Hank- born March 3, 2020. Hank is a miniature Phantom Poodle. Hank is CKC & NKC registered. Hank weighs around 10lbs. Hank carries all colors & throws beautiful puppies!

Yoshi- born December 11, 2020. Yoshi is a AKC standard Parti Poodle. Yoshi is Cafè color. Yoshi weights around 40-50lbs. Yoshi is proven and also throws beautiful puppies.

There is a SMALL REHOMING fee but we pray the perfect family will open their heart to one or both of our boys. They do stay together so they are best friends! 💙💙 Both Yoshi & Hank LOVE children and other dogs.

Our sweet Lady is making herself right at home with her new family(as you can see her new pictures). We are so thankful they trusted us to get their Lab from. I’ve said it in the past and I believe we will always say it, the families that find us truly are the sweetest families. What a 🎄Merry Christmas!! 🎄 On December 13th, our sweet “Cannon” who is now Cooper, went with his forever home after waiting for his new family for nearly 9 months. This handsome boy has made himself right at home under his first Christmas tree with the sweetest family. We always pray for our “babies” to find perfect homes and we know Cooper found his! 🎃Happy Halloween🎃 was like a Merry Christmas for our sweet Opal yesterday. Her new family drove 7+ hrs from Florida for her. They had contacted us about her but she weighed heavily on their hearts after the weeks went by. We always know our puppies and retired dogs go to the best homes and as you see, she’s already living her best life! Opal is just shy of 2.5yo and will never have puppies! We are so thankful they chose ~Fritts Labs & Doodles~ when looking for an older dog to help mend their hearts. We hope Opal is a blessing to your family because her chapter is just beginning. Our hearts are happy!! 🥰 Our sweet 2yo Candy finally found her forever family. 🙏🏻 They traveled about an hour and a half away from us to get her. She will live in NC. Candy will never have puppies and will get to enjoy a long life traveling with her new family to their cabin in Virginia! Labradors are black, yellow, or chocolate.
The Labrador Retriever coat colors are black, yellow and chocolate. Any other color or a combination of colors is a disqualification. A small white spot on the chest is permissible, but not desirable. White hairs from aging or scarring are not to be misinterpreted as brindling.
Black – Blacks are all black. A black with brindle markings or a black with tan markings is a disqualification.
Yellow – Yellows may range in color from fox-red to light cream, with variations in shading on the ears, back, and underparts of the dog.
Chocolate – Chocolates can vary in shade from light to dark chocolate. Chocolate with brindle or tan markings is a disqualification.

Kind, friendly eyes imparting good temperament, intelligence and alertness are a hallmark of the breed. Eye color should be brown in black and yellow Labradors, and brown or hazel in chocolates. Eye rims are black in black and yellow Labradors; and brown in chocolates. Eye rims without pigmentation is a disqualification.

Per the AKC ByLaws, the AKC can only recognize colors which are described by the breed standard. It goes far beyond what is intended for showing...according to the AKC it also applies to what should be bred. In regard to color in the breed standard, the AKC states: “Color. Include under this heading the color and markings of the coat (and the skin under the coat if skin color description is to be included). In breeds where multiple colors or color combinations are acceptable, but not all colors are permitted, the COMPLETE list of all acceptable colors and color combinations MUST BE included in the standard. In such cases, any color or color combination not mentioned are UNACCEPTABLE” (Stresses made by the AKC)

Reputable breeders breed to the breed standard and never deliberately breed to produce a disqualification. Pedigrees which include dilutes indicate mixed ancestry. No matter how far back in the pedigree the foreign gene was introduced, the pedigree is compromised and no descendant is a purebred Labrador. Please research your breeder to ensure that you are getting a purebred puppy and not a mix.

We have prayed the perfect family would contact us about our loving retired Duckee. Today, her new family came to get her. She jumped in their family van and will live the rest of her days with 3 best friends spoiling her rotten. While our hearts are sad we are so thankful to families who choose us for their new fur baby. Duckee will be 6 this December so she still has so much life to live and so much love to give her new family.❤️
