Basil and her older sister Peachy are two Piebalds in a Pod 🤣♥️ also at 6 months she’s about the same length and size as her 😅

We found out today that Peachy is not preggo, so we will try on her next heat toward the end of the year. Depending on when it is, we’ll either have Christmas, New Years, or Valentine’s babies 😅

In the meantime, this photo pretty much sums up life lately. Just getting by with puppy piles and cat naps.

Got Basil’s Embark Vet results back - sooner than expected. She’s another little unicorn just like her full bio sister Peachy Pie.

She’s a Blue & Cream Brindle Piebald that carries for chocolate. She doesn’t even carry for points, which is 🤯, and also does not carry for “e”. She does unfortunately show to carry for PRA, so I’ll need to make sure her future boyfriend is PRA clear.

Little baby Basil is fitting in nicely 🌿♥️
I often see her and Peach laying together and I wonder if they can tell somehow that they’re literal blood sisters. Pocky either joins them or tries to snuggle Pickle which ends in a game of keep away usually 🤣

We have another little girl in the family, everyone meet Basil 🥰 she’s full blooded sister to Peachy, out of the 2021/22 litter and Peach was Fall 2020. She got here last Thursday and has been settling in since.

I sent off her Embark swab last week and eagerly await her results. I’m sure she’s dd/spsp but everything else is a toss up in what combos she could be. Will post when they come back 🥳

Pocky’s Embark Vet results came back, and she looks great health wise and is interesting color wise 🙂 my little shaded red spotted sausage dog. She’s got the Roan gene (explains all the spots) and carries for Cream.

Snow day! (For a few hours anyway 😅). Peach and Pocky both were introduced to snow today, and Peach couldn’t get enough of it. She kept going to the door to go outside just to play, not potty 🤣
