Dumped Senior
This Senior was dumped at the shelter, he is blind and deaf.
We had an exciting and memorable transport this weekend! We had the pleasure of transporting a very pregnant and very sweet momma dog named Karen. When we picked her up from the shelter she was already showing signs of possibly going into labor so we took proper precautions to keep a close eye on her progress and to create a calming space for her to give birth. A few hours into the trip and she started having her pups! Sadly the first puppy was born stillborn but the next four were completely healthy and thriving! Karen knew exactly what to do and has been an exceptional mommy from the start. She’s now safely enjoying her first day of motherhood in her wonderful foster family’s home. We can’t wait to watch her little family grow. Thank goodness for All 4 Paws Rescue saving her and giving her and her little family the best future possible! We feel privileged to have been part of the beautiful journey.
While I was at the job site my son was working at, we noticed a animal laying in the distance. We approached it and realized it was a feral cat. It was wet, motionless and breathing at a fast rate. The cat's head was stuck in a dog food can ( how ironic ). With a few gentle tugs and some thankful meows it was freed. As you can see the cat bolted off before we could evaluate it's physical condition. At the rate of speed it took off, it looked like it had somewhere to be. I have heard the phrase" Don't be late for dinner " but in this cat's case it was " Dinner has made me late ".
Abby, Katie, and Gibbs are loving the cool dewy Pennsylvania grass . It's the first morning of the rest of their lives ♡
Sprinkles getting loved up ❤
One of the perks of being the last passenger is you get personal play time with the transporters. This is Sinatra, a deaf pitbull who was transported into the caring hands of Mohawk Hudson Humane Society in Menands NY where he'll be the featured pet of the month!
A special thanks to Amy at MHHS and Carmen of Carmen's Rescue for taking such good care of this boy.
We love you, Sinatra and we're so happy that you're finally off to the life you deserve!
( Is it just me, or does playing with a pitbull make you look fat? )
SEE Y'ALL NEXT YEAR ! ! !
This is the moment that Bubba, sees his mom after being separated from her after two years. Sorry that the video is not of the best quality but even if it was, I do believe that it would end up being blurry through your tears while viewing it.
This is our good friend Jeanine showing you, yet another, pit bull mauling.
She has to groom this vicious animal every 3 weeks with Foo Foo Fabulous Mobile Pet Grooming By Tessa. If you're in Greenville, and need someone to take care of your fur baby's pampering needs, they'll take good care you. Even monsters like bullies 😚
This is Churchill. He was amazingly precious, adorable, and kept doing this little trick for us. Give him some praise, he's earned it! 😙
PEARL!! No longer contagious and recovering from mange, this little baby didnt let anything bring her down! Look how happy she was getting lovin
Just wanted to share these beautiful pictures. So many times when newborns are brought into the family, the furkids are rehomed or dumped at a shelter. These parents are introducing their children to their furkids that were already a part of the family. A big heartfelt THANK YOU for doing it the right way ! My husband has always said " Never displace because of a new face".
One of the benefits and pleasures of transport is seeing sights like this. I myself think that a rainbow is one of the most beautiful pieces of art created by the hand of God !
