‼️PLEASE READ! 🚨
As we head into our busiest season of the year, we want to ensure we can accommodate as many of our valued clients as possible. With the increased demand, we’ve noticed a rise in no-call/no-shows and last-minute cancellations. Unfortunately, these impact not only our schedule but also our employees and business.

Effective immediately, our cancellation policy will be strictly enforced WITHOUT exceptions:
•Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-call/no-show appointments will also incur a fee and may result in difficulty booking future appointments.
The cost is as follows:
(50% of original grooming cost) This must be paid prior to making any new bookings. For example, if your pets grooming costs $50, you will be expected to pay $25 (50%) as your no show/cancellation fee.

Why this policy matters:
When a client doesn’t show up or cancels last minute, we lose the opportunity to fill that spot with another pet that needs our care. This directly affects our staff, owners, and the overall functioning of our salon.

Time is money, and we deeply appreciate your understanding and respect for our team’s time and effort. If you need to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust accordingly.

Today, we had the pleasure of welcoming a new client for their first appointment. His devoted mom has been putting in tremendous effort to keep him brushed, but unfortunately, she was not aware of the proper techniques. As a result, only the top layers of his coat were getting brushed, while the hair close to the skin was matted. Fortunately, his mom entrusted us with the task of giving him the care he deserves. We took our time, meticulously 'line' brushing each section of his coat. It's truly inspiring to see how hard his mom has worked in trying to maintain his coat's health and appearance."
