This is your friendly reminder that today is the day to get in your refill requests for any food or medications that you may be needing over the long, holiday weekend! Remember, we are open today, Thursday, May 23 until 1 p.m. Give us a call today and we will have those prescriptions ready for you to pick up tomorrow, Friday, May 24. We are open 8 - 5:30 p.m. on Friday, May 24. We will then be closed for an extended holiday until next Thursday, May 30. We will be open Thursday, May 30 and Friday, May 31 from 8 - 5:30 p.m. We hope you all have a safe and wonderful holiday!

Happy Thanksgiving to all of our amazing clients and their furry family members. We are so thankful for each and every one of you. We are closed until Monday, so that all of us at Miller’s MVP can spend time with loved ones, eat lots of good food, and take time to recharge, so we can come back on Monday ready to give our all to care for your four legged friends. We would also like to give a shout out to the Athens football team who has made school history to advance on to State where they will be taking on Wilmington on Friday . Good luck to the team, players and coaches!!!!! Go Warriors!!!!

Thanksgiving is just around the corner!!!! We here at Miller’s Most Valued Pets have so much to be thankful for! We appreciate your business and for trusting us with your furry family members!!!! We want to let you know that we will be closed next week on Thanksgiving, as well as on Black Friday, November 24. We will be open regular hours next Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Please plan ahead for food and med refills so that you aren’t missing anything over the holiday break! Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!!!!!!

Time for this boss lady to get a little sappy….. first , as I stated in my post earlier today, I am so very thankful and blessed to have an amazing work family who helps keep my clinic going and makes my job easier and certainly quite enjoyable. We have fun everyday and truly enjoy what we do (ok most every day…….others we cry as a team) . Second! I would like to thank my girls for surprising me on Monday with gifts and kind words for what was apparently Bosses Day. I am so lucky to be your boss. Third, and maybe most importantly, thanks to some truly amazing clients of mine ( you know who you are) who have shown me such kindnesses of sending pictures to me of your beloved pets in Halloween costumes, bringing treats by for myself and my girls just to say “thanks,” sending cards with kind words, and even one special person who has shown up to help me with clinic repairs, even when I didn’t know he was coming…… My clinic is so blessed with so many wonderful humans and pets that my heart is full. Most of you don’t know that this has been a rough week for me, as it marks the death of my dad (been 9 years but feels like yesterday) But somehow, you have found ways to bring me joy even when you didn’t know it was needed. So I’m sending out a HUGE “ THANK YOU,” to all of you who have joined me on my journey as a clinic owner and those of you who continue to remind me often why I became a veterinarian. I am truly humbled ❤️.

Our jobs are often hard and sometimes sad and depressing, but these girls show up every day with one thing in common…. Doing their absolute best to give everything they have to your Most Valued Pets!

We will be closed on Monday, September 4 for Labor Day. Please make sure and get requests for refills on medications and food in this week, no later than Thursday, so you can pick up needed items prior to the long holiday weekend. Remember we are no longer open on Saturdays. Please remember we require 24 hours notice on all requests before pick up. All requests are prescriptions and must be filled and then double checked by our doctor prior to pick up! Have a great weekend and yay for cooler temps!

We hope that you and your furbabies have a wonderful Memorial Day weekend. We will be closed on Monday, May 29, in observance of Memorial Day. We will be open normal hours (8-5:30) on Tuesday, May 30. We will then be closed for the rest of the week for continuing education. We will reopen on Monday, June 5 at 8 a.m. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Please call ahead to pick up any prescription foods or medications this week, or next Tuesday. Again, the week of Memorial Day, we will only be open on Tuesday, May 30. Thank you for your understanding!

We will be closing next Wed, February 8 thru Monday, February 13 for clinic remodeling. Staff will be available to take phone calls on Feb 8, 9, 10 and 13th from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. for all of your prescription food and medicine refill needs. We will reopen with appointments on Tuesday, February 14. We appreciate your understanding and are excited to share our new look!

We will be open regular hours on February 6th and 7th, 8 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Happy Thanksgiving from all of us at Miller’s Most Valued Pets Clinic!!! We will be closing today, Wednesday , November 23 at 5:30 p.m. and will reopen on Monday, November 28 at 8 a.m. The girls and I look forward to a few days off to spend with our families and be thankful for all of the many blessings we have. Dr. Miller and her family are very thankful for the return of Dr. Miller’s husband, Matt, who returned last weekend from a 10 month deployment. Enjoy the beautiful weather, give thanks for all you have, and remember to be careful in what you feed your pets during this holiday season!!!!!!!
