Hi Bailey’s Family!

First of all, THANK YOU for an amazing 16 years; it has been our sincere pleasure to care for your pets. We’ve gotten to know you and your pets over the years and your trust in us means the world. And I hope you’ll trust us one more time.

We have decided to step down from Bailey’s and hand the torch over to Destination Pet - a nationwide network of skilled and passionate pet care professionals. While ownership is changing, the mission and vision is not. All of the amazing team members that you have come to rely on will still be here. Their passion for your pets and their commitment to you and your pets remains strong.

Keith and I have given our hearts to this business, this family, and we really believe we’ve taken it as far as we can. We do not take the decision lightly and we truly believe that Destination Pet will not only embrace and continue the quality of service you have come to expect but also enhance it for you and our staff. We would not have made this move if we didn’t think our staff, clients, pets and rescue partners would be taken care of with care and quality you deserve!

Aside from missing our smiling faces I don’t see much changing but instead improving! What are Keith and I doing? Not sure yet but there will be goats! So stay tuned, we will check in and be around.

Thank you for the most amazing 16 years! The two and four legged friends we’ve made will always have a place in our heart. Your trust, your kindness, your love has made it all worthwhile!
