🌷Meet Sofia🌷

This sweet 1-year old pup was rescued from an extremely neglectful environment where she was deprived of love, attention, a space to play and was frequently starved. After carefully retrieving her and taking her into our care, those difficult times faded. She's never let those difficult times slow her!!

She is as playful as can be, loves exploring new places and is getting better at meeting new people 🌿 Her favorite spot to lie down is right next to (and sometimes on!) her favorite human. She is endlessly affectionate and would do best in a home with another small/medium dog to play with.

🌼Meet Jasper🌼

Jasper is a male believed to be around a year old, who we recently rescued from a very rough living situation. After only a short ammount of time, his bubbly personality brightly shone through 🌤

Jasper is a very energetic and happy-go-lucky pupper! He adores running around and playing with other dogs *almost* as much as he loves cuddling. He is extremely kindhearted and would do well in a home with plenty of space, other dogs, with lot's of tummy rubs!!! He loves meeting new people and he'd love to meet you 💕

Today we received an urgent call from a worried neighbor in Mesa, who tipped us off about two dogs tied up in someone's backyard without food or water- simply left in the heat to die.

Within an hour we had contacted the person in possession of the puppies and made quick time on our way to get them.

The entire operation took 8 hours!! They were extremely scared and hostile, and for good reason! The two of them are now in 8AS's care. Together, safe, bathed, with vet appointments set 💖

Day 1 v.s. Day 3

Animals are amazing in every way 🥰 Especially in their ability to move forward with a happier life, despite the difficulties they've experienced. We're not sure how long she was by herself on the streets, or what her living situation had previously been, but she is quickly acclimating to being spoiled!!

We're focused on getting her weight back to a healthy standard🌿 and giving her a world of love ♥️
