Today I received a text, letting me know that it is Charlie’s birthday today!!!!! Charlie is one of a kind! he is the worst shihtzu for the face and it’s very dangerous to groom him sometimes. However Charlie is honestly so adorable, and he never runs away from me. He just like lays there and except his fate, that he will get groomed by me when I pick him up. He is just a ball of hair & I call him my cheesy p**f and like cheesy p**fs you can’t have enough of him.

Hope everyone had a wonderfully Happy Thanksgiving 🍁 I spent it with great friends & family.
• I am so grateful for all the new pups & people I’ve met this year. Im grateful for all the pet parents that have kept using my grooming services too! This is my first full year working for myself by myself. If it were for all the one timers & reoccurring clients I would’ve never been able to continue to pursue my dream of making dogs look and feel their best selves. Thank you for opening your doors to me and trusting me with your dogs. I will never take that for granted, and I truly appreciate everyone’s kindness.

Puppies & Grooming. Getting groomed is something out of their world. It’s completely new to them. Therefore grooming needs to be introduced slowly.
I recommend puppies to get accustomed to getting a bath & blow out at a young age. (Earlier than 5 months) They must be introduced to the sounds, new heights, & vibrations little but little. Usually it takes until the 2nd or 4th time for them to feel comfortable enough to get a full haircut.
