I suppose I should introduce myself. My name is Candice Bruguier. I am from North Myrtle Beach, SC. I am a military veteran (served in both the U.S. Air Force & Army) for nine years on active duty prior to a medical discharge. My love for reptiles is relatively new in my life. It started when I was deathly afraid of snakes but fascinated by them. I wanted to overcome that fear. I started with a pet ball python which I think we all did... (lil banana butter dude - something about a little yellow snake that is not scary and looks like a cartoon) and I eventually overcame the fear and have found a special love for Boas, since the first time I held one (which was actually a Dumerils Boa, not a BI/BC). My introduction to snakes through my aunt Laura Hernandez of Little River Exotics started my passion and o still work alongside my aunt in her hobby and regularly nerd out on morphs while helping her with her ball pythons. My passion is Boas, firstly locality Boas and on a limited basis, morph boas. I am by no means an all-knowing snake/reptile/boa person. I strive to learn all I can and share my knowledge with those who share my passion for these creatures. (Photo is my first morph boa VooDoo - Arabesque male - he is the one that made me truly fall in love with Boas!!)

Welcome, ALL!! This is my boa page. My goal is to first learn, educate, and share accurate, appropriately sourced information to h**p hobbyists and boa lovers. Breeding localities selectively (and some very limited morph boas) is my long-term goal. Educational outreach, specifically for Veteran and PTSD organizations, is the main focus of what I'm building. I will be sharing info from responsible breeders and other hobbyists in hopes to promote them as well.
