We certainly don't like to dwell in the past but create a new present experience that is calm and inviting for every troubled senior.
Although not perfect to some, monumental progress has been made to regain this little gals' confidence in a typically stressful session.

I couldn't think of a happier occasion to introduce this wee bonnie lass, Maggie.
Sometimes you meet someone who has a heart of gold, through & through.
This Saint of dogdom had earned her scarlett letter by having an abnormally noisy and troublesome heart. It is a very delicate matter that truly needs understanding and efficient tenderness. We are so very humbled to have delivered joy & peace to all and look forward to many, many more encounters with this angel sent to us from heaven.

13 year old Teddy was on a time crunch while visiting from out of town for Christmas.
We were more than eager to go out of our service range to give him a proper personalized experience that encompassed his health concerns.

We bring this seasoned senior into our warm embrace after being deemed "too hard to handle" during her sessions.
A muzzle & medication were the only alternative her past groomer would offer.
Thankfully, Mom had the intuition to throw out a Hail Mary to us, and boy did we deliver!
A proper therapeutic spa session was underway, Alice's boundaries were honored, concluding with a very merry munchkin ❤️🎄❤️
