Our small business has been experiencing significant growth in recent months, leading to some growing pains!!

Despite the excitement of welcoming new clients, we are faced with new obstacles. To address these challenges, we have brought on Charlie as our new client service coordinator who will assist with phone calls and check-ins. We appreciate your patience as she familiarizes herself with our processes. We know everyone will love her as much as we already do!

To better accommodate our growing clientele, we highly recommend pre-booking appointments ahead of time, especially for specific days and times. As of right now we are booking out almost 3 weeks and we want to avoid any inconveniences to our clients.

Effective immediately we will be implementing late fees and rebooking fees to ensure the efficiency of our services.

Clients who are 15 minutes late or more may be asked to reschedule their appointment, or a late fee of $20 may be applied at the groomer's discretion if we are able to accommodate you.

Additionally, a $35 rebooking fee will be charged for any rescheduling or cancellation made without 24 hours notice. This fee must be paid before we can reschedule another appointment. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but as of now, this policy is non-negotiable.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to continue providing personalized services to you and your pets.

We are very excited to announce some awesome new things we are rolling out in the salon!

🐾 We will be offering an amazing new add on service for your pets! Ultrasonic Toothbrushing! This will provide more oral health benefits than our current included service of a teeth brushing with enzymatic toothpaste and enzyme mouth foam. Keep an eye out for this awesome new service!

🐾 You will have an option to add on a dose of CBD for an even more relaxing spa experience for your pup. We have done a lot of research to make sure we are offering the most effective and safe full spectrum CBD product!

🐾 Keep an eye out for our monthly spa packages that we will be unveiling! These will include phenomenal products that will add even more nutrients and minerals to your pets coat than our base products. It will also include your choice of one of our luxerious whipped facial scrubs, a paw and nose balm made in house by our certified pet esthetician, and an entry to win our monthly gift basket valued at $50!!

We are so thankful for the feedback from all our wonderful clients that have helped us design these add on services to enhance the amazing service we already currently offer for your pets!

**Due to the recent canine respiratory virus outbreak we do ask that all clients refrain from boarding, daycare and similar situations at least 7 days prior to their grooming appointment. We also ask for prompt pickup after service has been completed to limit potential contact with other dogs. We thank everyone for complying with these polices to limit the spread of this new virus**
