Hello everybody, welcome to the new Little House on the Hill Homestead page. As all my friends and followers know, I haven't' posted anything since July. I am amazed at all the views and likes I have received on the page without any new post coming through. Due to a combination of my day job at PSI, health and family I just haven't been able to take the time for my weekly post. In Septemb

er 2017 I was laid off from my day job and with much prayer and consultation with my wife Betty we decided we would take an early retirement and work on our homestead full time. This is the best decision I've ever made in my entire life. My stress has gone down to zero and my diabetes and arthritis has improved greatly in just three months. I now have time to do all of the projects I have waited most of my life to start, one of them is having an honest to goodness blog about life on our little homestead. I am hoping each week to be able to write original post of our life here at Little House on the Hill Homestead keeping it as a journal of sorts of all the projects we start, which I hope will be quite a few.
