Grover is a 6 month old, scruffy boy that is ready for his forever home! He is around 40 pounds and still has some room to grow! He loves dogs and gets along with other canine friends at the shelter. He would love to go to a home that already has a dog to play with! Grover is still a puppy and would need help in the potty training department, but he is a big ol' sweetie with the best personality! Wednesday is a 5 year old pittie mix who has been at the shelter for far too long. Not only is she adorable, but she is also deaf! She is looking for a hero and is very tired of waiting at the shelter for her turn. Wednesday came to the shelter covered in scars, so there is no way to know what she endured in her past. She would need to be in a home with no cats and no small dogs. Wednesday would also require a meet and greet with any large dogs in the household. She needs a family who understands her breed along with her deafness and would be patient with her as she warms up. But once she does, she will melt your heart. Every dog deserves a second chance, and Wednesday is certainly looking for hers! Call 574-516-1526 to schedule an appointment to meet her!

Who said shelters didn't offer all kinds of breeds?! Chicken is a 1 year old golden retriever who was surrendered to the shelter because he had a hard time leaving the chickens on his farm alone. Now you get the name?! He is a big boy with a big personality who absolutely loves people! This stunning girl came to the shelter as an owner surrender at no fault of her own. She is front de-clawed from her previous owner, so Delilah would have to be an indoor feline friend only. These three brothers were brought to the shelter this summer by a good samaritan in pretty rough shape. After spending some time in a foster home, these three are healthy, neutered, vaccinated, and ready to go to their forever homes! Come meet them during our adoption hours listed below. And please consider opening your home to a foster animal. Foster homes save lives. Adoption hours: Thursday 12-5 Friday 12-5 Saturday 11-2 Monday 12-5 Tuesday 12-5
