This Saturday! We will be at with adoptable kittens and puppies! We’re so excited to partner with Higgins DQ for this summer event again.

UPDATE: The adoption event will now begin at 10:30am on Saturday, July 20th to get ahead of the warm day. DQ will open at 11:00am.

To help celebrate this summer event, we have fun new coloring sheets available! You can pick one up at the shelter or print a copy at home. Bring your completed masterpiece to Higgins DQ between 7/13-7/20 to receive a free dilly bar and the chance to win some fun HSWM swag (all ages welcome, one per person).

Next Thursday! Our team will be partnering with Bitter Root Humane Association to provide core vaccines, rabies vaccines and microchips for dogs and cats. The clinic will be held at BRHA's facility on Fairgrounds Rd. in Hamilton. This free clinic will run from 2:00pm-5:00pm on July 18th — with warm days in the forecast, we ask that you prepare for long wait times and do not feel pressured to arrive exactly at the posted start time (it's often the busiest time of the clinic!). We'd like to extend a huge thank you to both the Banfield Foundation and Petco Love for providing grants that help us provide these much-needed services to our community. We look forward to helping you and your pets on Thursday, July 18th.
