In NYS the following areas must give a minimum of 24hour notice:
NASSAU COUNTY, SUFFOLK COUNTY, NYC (ALL 5 BOROUGHS

In other part of NYS allow minimum of 48 hours

In PA allow 72 hours
--
In MA allow 96 hours
--
In CT allow 24 hours
