Hello, everyone! A reminder: during this holiday season when business bumps and we are busy buying Christmas gifts for everyone-- perhaps consider buying yourself an extra pair of walking shoes. Your feet are your life, and poor shoes not only result in very painful steps, but can adversely affect your heels, your calfs, and knees as well. Please, do not be cheap on yourself, especially if you are on your feet for long hours at a time or walking and moving around a great deal.

Now, many people have different shoes that they prefer, but I thought I would share my personal favorite. They can often be found at Nordstrom Rack's at a great discount!

If you have the opportunity to have your dog walked and bonded with another friend, consider it. It brightens their day, just like any friend date would!
