One of Our most amazing Rescue Dogs in 2024 was a pitbull type breed, abandoned with two (2) other dogs, his white female mate, and his black son. Abandoned in the worst way imaginable, by breeders-gone-bad. 😢
Some of you may have seen their photos circulating around the internet while we were involved in hands on hard work of rehabilitation with an elite team of Animal lovers. It was hard work. Romeo was traumatized, from the inside out. The Real World is much different than a vet's office, and he had to be introduced to each aspect of it, properly, AFTER his flesh had healed. 🦄
is completely healed now. He would be unrecognizable to his dog fighting breeders. All we asked for in return for taking him under our wing was any information leading to the monsters who caused the death of his mate, and torture of him and his baby boy. His little boy Max is healthy, and we placed him in a loving local home. 🏡 Romeo plans to visit him soon for a reunion of sorts.
Thanks to an Incredible Team of professionals, this beautiful boy is up for Adoption, unless his foster family decides to keep him. 🥳

is the sweetest little 22lb mix - 💖
He is going to look 10times better in the days to come now that he's seen our animal doctor and our foster is giving him a boost in life he's probably never had. Quality nutrition, grooming, eye/ear/skin healthcare regimen.
Our nick name for him is HankyPanky. He burrows his head into his foster he loves her so much 💗
He loves other animals and humans.

We recently met a potential loving home for Boaris -- and they were just as amazing as their little small senior dog who Boaris adored ! For once, he would be with a just like him to call his best buddy in life. This would be their beautiful Christmas tree in their home and this photo would be the last pic we would have together ❤️ His first Christmas in his new loving home. So exciting !!!
This did not work out for Boaris this Christmas-- but what it did for us was create that if we met a loving couple in our local area, there MUST be another human out there with another small dog who needs a best friend 🧡 Or just a chill human who needs a chill best friend like him.

Our Animal Rescue Friends alerted us to this poor owner surrendered:

Kaiser was adopted as a puppy after being dumped during the holidays. On the same day he was dumped as a puppy long ago, he was dumped once again by the family who adopted him, now years later. 💔 WHO DOES THIS???
We had to ask ourselves OUT LOUD:
Do People Really Have a Heart ?
Then when we saw the neglectful condition he is currently in upon meeting with our volunteer, we can already answer that question... Some People Are Heartless when it comes to being a Pet Parent.
What's Motivating is there are Humans like YOU who truly Do care about animals and mankind, and we must stick together in unison towards a common goal. ❤️

Your Huge Hearts make the Difference between Life and Death. In this case, it was Kaiser's, and He made it out Alive with a promise he will not end up being Dumped again. 🙌🐾🐼

was in a high kill shelter in grave danger the day we were alerted.
We remember it as if it were yesterday- we were driving to our animal hospital with another dog, and received word a cute sweet 6month old pup 🐶 would lose his life from euthanasia on Saturday. 💔
With less than 3 days to identify a fosterhome, a FirstTimeFoster raised her paw, and SHE PROVED TO BE AMAZING !!!
This 1stTime ended up being this type little boy's Hero, worked so closely in unison with us on his vet appointments, and even found the lead who ended up being the incredible Family who Adopted him!!! 🎉 🎊

PLEASE Show she's in a furever Home ! Nobody has shown interest but 2- TWO - humans, and one was our adopter and Rescue friend-- she already has too many dogs-- CA needs to increase the limit of animals per household so that MORE LIVES CAN BE SAVED without good adopters living in Fear of being cited for only 4 - FOUR Dogs, this is RIDICULOUS! !

Finally Someone "Felt" what We did, and there was no convincing necessary.
Everyone who could have fostered or adopted along the way during this long journey to Furever Love missed out on something special. Thank you for considering her. 🙏

We realize with her reality story of being tethered and possibly attacked on the mean streets, comes judgment and discrimination--
